An item from my order was missing when it arrived at my house. I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly. I sent over a couple pictures showing what was missing, filled out a form and was quickly sent over a shipping email stating that my item was on it's way. Great customer service if you ask me, thank you everyone at Element Vape. You've earned a customer for life.
