I’ve been a loyal Elemis customer for 4 years now, because I truly enjoy their products, but am finally ready to quit them because of their horrible customer service. They not only take more than A MONTH to get back to me the last 3 times I’ve inquired about a simple pricing/promo issue, but when I do finally hear from them, they totally disregarded my questions/issues and basically sent me a lame generic response. For example, their response to my question about purchasing something that had a lower price a day later was: ‘Unfortunately at Elemis.com we offer various offers on different occasions and they vary all the time.’ Any other retailers would have adjusted the price within a week of purchase. I feel like Elemis need to get their damn marketing and customer service act together otherwise they will be losing a lot more loyal customers, or maybe they simply just don’t care! La Mer here I come!
