Shocking customer service. Ordered 2X ultra Rich crème with $200 complimentary gift bag for $297. When package arrived, both cremes were missing. Impossible to find a way to contact, finally found live chat, filled in missing order form, no response. Followed up, was told item was out of stock, they had sent me a replacement item (which was a tiny ultra rich gift pack). Website did not show out of stock, nor was I notified or given a choice in the alternative (which was significantly under the value of original purchase). I believe they just made this up, as when I again contacted them (a different customer service representative each time), they then asked if package was damaged. I said no, was refused a refund. I had to continue for weeks to explain this was against Australian consumer law, finally was told it would be refunded, in writing only to receive yet another email to say no refund, offered me a $30 voucher 🫨. I gave up, lodged a fraud investigation with bank and when they were aware of this, they said if you cease the investigation we will refund. Absolute nightmare.
