Fairly incompetent. I ordered 3 identical photos as Christmas gifts. I confirmed several times, paid for 3, and confirmed by email with their customer service a few days later. I STILL received just 1. The one I did receive seems off-centre as well. Possibly my fault but I tried hard to get it centred on their site. They seem like friendly people but I won't order again.
