“My picture arrived yesterday with a portion of the box untaped. Probably came undone during shipping. Once I opened the box and removed the packaging material I noticed that the picture had come out of the frame on the bottom. Plus two of the corners were marred. I used a brown felt tip pen to fix the corners, and then had to cut the paper off the lower portion of the picture and put the picture back into the frame correctly. Very disappointed about this. I do like the picture and will keep it now that I've repaired it.”

“The prints were very pretty and exactly as pictured online. My only complaint is that the sawtooth hanger on the back of both prints were placed on the bottom of each picture instead of the top. I need to purchase new hangers and nail them onto the back. Kind of a pain.”

“The picture was beautiful. Unfortunately it didn't fit in the area I wanted to hang it. The returning was incredibly easy. I dropped it off on Wednesday and they got it by Friday. I was able to reorder something to fit in the area. I would highly recommend ordering here. The quality is fantastic and the customer is great. I look forward to ordering more in the future.m”

“It took 10 days for a framed print to arrive. It arrived damaged. Online options 1. return for free for a store credit or pay if I want a refund. Ridiculous. I emailed the support center and they won’t respond to my request for a replacement. Useless.”
