“Hello, we love our 90x60 wall map, however, the we had our doors open and the wind caught up under it and it blew off of the wall and the black frame is damaged. Would it be possible to purchase a new black frame? We’re heartbroken. 🥺 Thank you”

“Cheap plastic frame arrived damaged. They offered a 5% discount, which I thought was laughable. Would have kept it and tried to fix it myself if they had offered 50% off. Instead I have to wait for a return label and then ship back and wait for my refund. Nothing but a big hassle! Would not do business with again. Oh, and they use AI for customer service which is a big no-no to me!”
