“Not sure yet but they keep sending me review requests. My wall art has the prongs that hold the picture in, 3 prongs are sticking out the front. I couldn’t fix it, the picture is glued to the frame (never seen that before) Had a really hard time getting ahold of them, no phone number anywhere you cannot talk to anyone, ever! Only email. Once I finally got a response things seemed good and sending a replacement. Then nothing no tracking, just leave us a review. I gave them 3 stars. We will see in the next week if the stars go up or down.”

“The only issue is the amount of time it took to receive my artwork. Almost 1 month from time I ordered it. I had a difficult time reaching a human to discuss my order delay. It was all AI generated contact.”

“I ordered a large canvas print with an off white frame. It is 41"X 32" of blue sky, green hills with scattered sheep grazing. There were reviews that a large picture of a nature scene like this might likely be blurry and off color. This picture is brilliant and crisp with details clearly seen, even in the background!! I am SO happy with it! The delivery was a little long only because of the Labor Day holiday.”

“I ordered a picture of The Redwoods 24x36 in a gold floating frame. The shipping & packing were done well. Frame was well protected from getting damaged in the shipping process. I appreciate the care taken in the packing. I mention this bc I just received an item from a different company on Etsy & the same type of frame was quite damaged in the shipping process bc it was not packed well. The frame is a beautiful gold color not too shiny or 'tacky' in color. I think the canvas itself is a bit thin & the color was not quite as vibrant as I would have liked. But for the price I feel it was fair. I think depending on the type of picture you get could make a difference in the vibrance of coloring. I have bought other items from Elephant stock that I am very happy with.”

“I ordered a print for our 55 year old renovated home. It took an unreasonably long time to receive it. I was so excited when I got the package but was quickly disappointed when I opened the box. The frame covered the end platters of the quote. I’m hopeful that this can be reconciled by a quick replacement.”
