“Good product - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Cancelled one of two items BEFORE processing, and received notice of the cancellation. It no refund. Then they failed to cancel the second item and refused refund. There's no telephone access and their customer service is AI, which misunderstands questions.UGH”

“Elephant Stock provides great canvas art, but when you have a problem and want to speak directly to a human, you never get a direct response. I purchased a Large Art piece that I had problems with the written assembly instruction materials, and I was hoping to speak to a person, but was messaged to just watch the video. I finally figured out that I had everything I needed, but it would have saved time speaking to someone directly. Also, there has been a huge price increase in the Large Wall Art, so this may be the last large piece I can afford. And although I was sent a 30% off discount for my next purchase, the discount code is not additional to the discount already included. Also, if I choose to replace my large art with another canvas, the website shows a specific price which is about 50% the current cost of the canvas and frame. But if I chose to replace my current piece, I would pay much more than 50% since the prices have increased by over &200. This is disappointing since I paid about $600 and the art replacement will now cost about $450. That was one of the reasons for purchasing it in the first place. I told my husband I could replace it later for about $300. Hopefully, there will be some big sales in the future!”

“I've received a damaged frame to my painting and l called customer service and they sent me a new painting right away. I spoke to Benzon and he was extremely helpful and responded right away. I would definitely order from Elephant Stock in the future.”
