“Right side of art was not framed properly, can see the silver pins, and there’s a speck under glass (plexiglass) on the other side. I immediately sent a message through their email, but have not received a response. They never answer phones. No customer service. Not sure what I’m going to do with something that looks used!”

“Colors are vibrant, construction is sturdy, hanging hardware is attached, well packaged for shipment... however, i need to rewrap one canvas as the panel had ample white space at the bottom, yet cut the bird's head off at the top where the canvas was wrapped. I just popped out the staples, moved the image down and restapled.”
