“Color was not as vibrant as I expected, but I still do like it. Also, the canvas didn’t seem to be as tight on the frame as previous piece of art I had purchased years ago. I don’t know if this is or should be a concern or not. But it was something I noticed right away.”

“Canvas is beautiful. The frame is cheap, was chipped, and not worth the extra money. The defects are mainly in the top of the frame so not as visible or I would have sent it back.”

“I absolutely in love with the picture . One issues with the frame. There is a dent in the upper right corner You can tell it was before shipping because was painted gold after it was dented”

“The picture itself is beautiful . The measurements for this item on website are incorrect. The size of each framed picture actually measures only 20" , in description it states 21" . It also states overall measurement is 69" x 21" including 2 inch space between frames . I am not sure who did that math but 21 x 3=63 plus 4 iinches of space equals 67". So from the beginning measurements are incorrect . The product I received are 3 framed pictures measuring 20" equaling 60 " plus 4 inch space between frames totalling 64"! That's a big difference from 69 "...You should be correcting the size on your website ! I am not happy with the frame its covering too much of the picture and frame material looks cheap. This unfortunately is the fourth attempt with this particular artwork each one has had an issue .”

“The Artwork is Stunning! I’m a new customer. I purchased 10 pieces of wall art, and each and every one is breathtaking! They arrived intact, except for one, and Elephant Stock, upon examining it, agreed to reimburse me for that picture frame. This company is honest and professional. I think I’ve discovered a pearl in a seashell, in having found Elephant Stock.”

“Overall, I am pleased with elephantstock. They were always very prompt with responding to my messages. I did reach out when my print didn't show up when it said it would based on their emails. They explained the typical timeline, but which is said should be addressed during the ordering process, not after the customer has reached out. They said they understood how I could have been confused on turn around time based on the emails I received. They also stated they would escalate my concerns and expectations for review so that their process/procedures could be improved moving forward.”
