“First, let me say that the finished product was good for the price. However! 1. The finished product, with 2" between each of the 3 panels, was supposed to be 18x40" as per the website; at best it was 15x33" as shown by the photos, too small for the space between the posters of an antique bed's headboard 2. I had a series of email exchanges with E.S. about the situation. I told them I'd like the correct size and quickly, because I had house guests arriving in early October. I also said that E.S. should pay for my efforts to return the too small prints and replace them asap. 3. E.S. never accepted responsibility for mis-representing the finished product size of the prints I received nor did they espressly tell me what I should order instead to get the size I needed. 4. Instead they said: a) return the product at your expense; b) once we receive the product, we will give you a credit; and c) then order the size you want 5. I told them I would be writing this review rather than accepting their non-customer-friendly offer. Instead I will keep what I received, albeit too small, so that I have something on the wall when my guests arrive. 6. At this point, just know that customer service and the background team that supported the correspondence does not have the customer's best interest at heart. They also do not and apparently cannot represent accurately the size of their finished 3-piece products. Beware.”
