“Wonderful selection of artwork I had a small error in one print. Customer service replied but then lost my reply so it took a few days to sort out solution. All good now. I will be back for more art pieces..”

“The art is great but the sawtooth brackets fell off after hanging causing the painting to fall. The paper backing was also not secured tightly. We have purchased and installed new hardware so we can hang the pucture, we also need to touch up the paint on the wall. I don't think I would order from you again”

“Quality of framing and mounting was very good. The photograph itself was a little bit, lacking in detail. Maybe that was the intent. It was almost as if it was Photoshop to mute the contrast.”

“It took a while, but I received my artwork. When it arrived, it was well packaged, well made and looked beautiful. There was quite a delay in getting my order. I had great difficulty in getting in touch with customer service. There were frustrating roadblocks to reaching the live chat which is AI and limited on responses. There is an email option which gives a statement that says, "we will pull a ticket" on your order. I was beyond frustrated and was trying every effort to prevent canceling my order. I was finally able to get through, found out the status of my order, and explain my frustrations. I was ready to blast ES for this--when they offered a small discount for my trouble. This went a long way, and my order came quickly after this. This additional effort along with the beautiful artwork helped restore my confidence in ElephantStock.”
