“very upset about order - received wrong item and have tried for week to get help via phone email or chat online nobody seems to be in any hurry to try to fix this problem therefore i am going to reach out to credit card company and dispute the charges for item i did not receive would much rather have resolved directly with your company but the customer service response has been non existent and i have no reason to at this point to think anyone is going to contact me to resolve n case somebody does actually read this and would like to actually fix the error your company made please contact me at 526712 4294 asap do disappointed in how this has been handled”

“I don’t like the colors in the picture. It has too much green which makes it too dark. I would like to return the picture but not sure how to do that since it is already assembled. “The painting that I purchased done by artist Ruth Fromstein was just what I was looking for to complete a set of three. I purchased the first two from Rooms To Go. The only thing is I wish that the one from Elephant Stock had come enclosed in a glass frame like the other two.”
