“It took a while, but I received my artwork. When it arrived, it was well packaged, well made and looked beautiful. There was quite a delay in getting my order. I had great difficulty in getting in touch with customer service. There were frustrating roadblocks to reaching the live chat which is AI and limited on responses. There is an email option which gives a statement that says, "we will pull a ticket" on your order. I was beyond frustrated and was trying every effort to prevent canceling my order. I was finally able to get through, found out the status of my order, and explain my frustrations. I was ready to blast ES for this--when they offered a small discount for my trouble. This went a long way, and my order came quickly after this. This additional effort along with the beautiful artwork helped restore my confidence in ElephantStock.”

“Loved the product once I received it, but struggled with getting updates or responses from customer service after placing the order. The website would not provide any status updates on my order so I was never really sure if the company was legitimate or not.”

“2nd framed canvas purchased in a month. Very happy with service and quality. Only recommendation might be to wrap artwork totally in clear or protective plastic before putting in cardboard box. My piece was sitting in rain for about an hour, cardboard got quite wet, luckily no damage inside.”

“I ordered a large art piece and wasn’t sure how it would look in person. I’m so glad I took a chance.
