“Love my new canvas prints in frame! Once I finally made my decision, ordering was easy, delivery was relatively quick. Framed canvas was packaged with great care to prevent any damage during shipping. Frames are well done any I am so pleased with the whole package!”

“Love our new pictures! This is our third purchase from Elephant Stock, and have been pleased every time. I was concerned when I unpacked today’s box, and two of the three canvas pictures had small smudges on them. But after reading “how to clean” my canvas picture, I used a slightly damp cloth and they wiped right off. The pictures are exactly what I expected. Great quality, beautiful products!”

“The canvas is absolutely stunning. However it is warped and I can’t hang it in my living room so I ended up putting it in the guest bedroom which it looks fabulous. Only problem is the canvas isn’t pulled tight.”

“The art itself is awesome! The processing and shipping part was the frustrating part and why I only can give it 4 stars. My order sat for 3 days before being picked up and actually shipped and when I reached out to customer service, their response felt dismissive and did nothing to help de-escalate a very frustrated customer who had deadlines to meet.”

“I was surprised to find out I had to assemble this. I can only get one corner in and I’m very disappointed right now. Once one corner is in, it doesn’t pull over far enough to tuck in. I can’t imagine how hard the 3rd and 4th corners would be. You should have engineered this differently. Also, I thought it would be a canvas, not fabric—is sunlight going to fade it?”

“This is probably the worst online order o have ever experienced. Over $300 for a picture frame that is totally falling apart and the print looks like the worst quality ever. I could have printed something better on cheap paper at staples. I am so upset and will be contacting customer service. This just feels insulting.”

“Very pleased with this purchase. I have ordered items in the past only to need to return them because the colors were not representative of what I saw online when I ordered. I was very relieved to find that the colors in my artwork were exactly as represented online. It was was easy to assemble and in the end I have a beautiful, quality piece on my wall. The only suggestion I would make is for the company to include written instructions in the box rather than the consumer having to go back online to find the instructions..”
