“Very nice. Easy to assemble. Up and done in minutes. We purchased 40x60. Next will be 60x90. New home with tall walls so large art needed. Reasonable cost and delivery time. Also if you get tired of the art just purchase another canvas and swap out. Rotate for fresh look. Plenty to choose from. Satisfied customer.”

“Dear ES, I am writing to provide feedback regarding several issues I experienced with my recent order, in the hope that you can improve your processes. 1. Initial Order and Service: When I first placed the order, the customer service was excellent, and the expected 7-10 day delivery window was perfectly acceptable. 2. Order Hold and Delivery Delays: After I requested a two-day hold, the service declined significantly. Despite confirming in writing that the order should be resumed, it required numerous emails and phone calls to get it back on track. Ultimately, it took over three weeks to receive my order. 3. Communication Issues: I was unable to get anyone to answer my phone calls or return my messages; communication was only possible via chat or email. 4. Outdated Product Information: The hardware I received did not match what was shown in your videos or documentation. It appears you have updated the hardware but failed to communicate this change. 5. Lack of Support for New Framing: You also seem to have a new frame design for large wall art. Your documentation and videos did not cover this new framing process, and I had to spend considerable time explaining the issue to your representative before they understood how the print needed to be installed. 6. Product Improvement Suggestion: I strongly suggest adding a centered hole to the framing hardware used for mounting. If mounting to a wall stud, a single centered hole functions better than two offset holes. I have attached a picture of the hole I had to drill myself for your reference. While the print itself is excellent, the overall experience and customer service were disappointing. Sincerely, R. Gram”
