“Do not order anything from this company. They only shipped half of my order, and then gave a litany of excuses as to why my other half had not shipped and where it was located. Additionally, you'll be communicating with a bot for most of your customer service issues. When they do answer the phone, they promise to resolve your issue right away, and then you don't hear anything from them. I have been badgering this company for two weeks now. I will be disputing my charges soon, unfortunately. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere else.”

“The frame had several "nicks" in it and the picture had not been protected well on the TOP of the canvas. The corners were well protected but there was NO protection on the actual exposed canvas. Also, something had been pressing on the top of the canvas so there is a "thump print" looking dent in the canvas. I would NOT buy from Elephant Stock again.”

“I don't recommend Elephant Stock. My art came with black marks all over one side of the frame and a chip on the other side. Initially they said the would make a new one and expedite to me. I never heard back after several texts and messages”

“This rating reflects the excellent response and service. Real people in real time. I only wish that the map was of such high quality. Not up to date names ( Swaziland has been Eswatini since 2018). The resolution is quite poor which makes it hard to read the tiny type. Country color choices can obscure type almost completely. Suggest the company spring for a digitally produced map that can be crisp at any size and include more Pacific islands. Please let me know if you do! Best wishes.”

“I love the print I ordered. It’s unique and adds a lot to my room. However, I was disappointed that it doesn’t come with non-glare glass (not an option). It was. Basic frame and basic glass. The paper was ripped upon delivery but that may have happened in shipping. Also, the wait time was several weeks, longer than anticipated. Overall, a great selection of prints but so-so construction for the price.”
