“The picture is prefect in quaility and construction, but the saw picture hanging clips on the back of each unit were not good. Two where smashed down and had to be removed, reshaped and then reinstall before mounting the picture frames to the wall. One was loose in the shipping carton and when reinstalled did not hold. So, I had a smaller saw picture hanging clip in my workshop and installed it to hang that last picture.”

“Sent damaged frames. I tried to reach out by phone but was not able to connect with a human. I sent an email and never heard back from the company. Very poor customer service. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If the product was not damaged, it would have been fine.”

“The item we got is, in theory, cute. It was my fault for ordering it so small. You can’t see the names of ANY city. You can only read the country names. I’ve attached a photo of our ridiculous it looks - it’s a map to track the cities you’ve gone to, and I can’t even read the city names. I’m giving it 3 stars because I should have ordered a larger map, but I think there should be something that indicates illegibility at a certain size”

“I'm really learning to like the artwork. I love the tree and colors but the background color kind of irks me a bit. I was expecting it to be more of a creamy off white but it seems to have a lot of grayish blue tint to it. That's my only complaint. Shipping was timely, puting it together was easy and its very lightweight.”
