“I am crazy about my new horses on canvas print. I placed it above an existing print and hung a gallery light over them. It is great quality and looks expensive while being affordable. The shipping was fast too. I would order from Elephant Stock again”

“Ordered a framed picture 3 to Mrs and each time the picture arrived, there was a damage. There are quality control issues that definitely need to be addressed. Two of the pictures were sent damaged from the warehouse. With that being said customer service was very good and refunded my credit card quickly but I am giving up on ordering the picture.”

“I ordered my wall art and it came with in about a week and a half. It was hard to track and return because the site didn't recognize the order #. The online email system was able to help me though. I ended up sending the piece back because it was too small. I ordered the next size but havent received it yet.”

“I contacted Elephant Stock asking if there was a problem because my order was taking so long. The reply was immediate, professional, friendly and I was assured my order would be delivered within a few days. Turned out I was mistaken with my dates and my order was not behind schedule. “Horrible! We received our artwork weeks after ordering, spending hundreds of dollars, only for it to come damaged. Contacted the company for them to either offer only 30% refund or a replacement. We asked for a replacement. They said they would send out an email about the replacement. It’s been a few days and I still haven’t received an email about the replacement . I’m very upset and disappointed.”

“Assembly of the frame was not like the video on YouTube. After figuring out how to put frame together, the rest was a breeze. Beautiful piece, vibrant colors, very taught, definitely a conversation piece.”
