“First of all, I was looking for a good price on a very large canvas print and elephant stock came through for me. I checked out many other websites and they didn’t compare. I love the picture. It’s beautiful and it looks perfect in my guest tiny house.”

“This was a really disappointing order. The order was placed on Jan. 21st and we received no word at all. On Feb. 10th, I finally reached out to see what the heck was going on. I emailed first and received and AI response that was just boiler plate and not helpful. So I called the next day and was told they needed 48 hours to look into and I would be updated via email. I did not receive any email. So I called again, basically got told the same thing so I said to cancel the order and initiate a refund. Still did not receive any email communication from them until later that afternoon when they said the order was shipped which is not what I asked for. I still didn't receive any tracking information ever. I called again a third time to complain that I asked for cancellation and refund and they sent it out which isn't what I asked for and they said there wasn't anything I could do. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERACTION. With waiting over a month and having to reach out multiple times, the best way to mediate this would be to refund the cost of the order and still ship out the work when it was ready. Will look elsewhere to print in the future.”
