“Loved the color and quality of the pictures but the way the hanging hardware was attached to the back was pretty poor. On one picture with a single hanger, it was placed crooked (not level) and on the second picture with 2 hangers the hangers were not place in mirrored positions. One was higher than the other and spaced differently from the outside of the frame making it harder than it should have been to hang the picture.”

“I was truly ready to love this piece, but I am disappointed. On the sight, the image appears so realistic, and invokes the calmness of the water. The actual piece, while beautifully framed, is artistically clunky. Nevertheless, I will keep it. Hopefully if it’s part of a compilation wall, it will find it’s rightful place .”

“I really like my "White Botanical on Black Chart Wall Art" by Wild Apple Portfolio. It took about 7 days for delivery because it was a special order. The artwork was shipped very securely and there were no damages during delivery. The 26x36 size was just right for its placement on the wall space in the hallway above the stairs. It's a perfect center piece when entering our home from the front door and viewing it upstairs. I repainted the walls upstairs in a light gray, so the black and white background of the artwork is a really good match. Please ignore the light reflection at the bottom of the artwork in the photo I'm sharing.”

“I like my art work but for over the last week I have been trying to return a picture I bought almost three months ago and have not been successful I have tried many different ways and called repeatedly and have never gotten any help I don’t know my order number for the first order and that is part of the problem”

“Frame isn’t highest quality and I’m disappointed the glass is plexiglass rather than real glass. Print is great but could be finished with higher quality frame, etc. I felt it was a little overpriced for what I got.”

“To difficult and takes to long to initiate a return. I was not able to return my canvas because I did not receive the label in time as I was traveling out of state. I emailed, messaged texts and left voicemail. No response or very slow response. Now I will be past window of return due to no one responding to me in a timely manner. I would like a refund to my credit card. I was on a trip for just a few days and this caused a lot of stress. Now I am stuck with two canvas prints that do not fit the area. I already reordered the larger size from elephant stock and it fits well. Please refund me.”
