“This company has the best customer service!! I checked my confirmation copy as soon as it arrived and realized the order showed my ship to as my billing address which was wrong. Since i figured the cc company would reject that, i wrote to Elephant's support email. To my surprise i got a response within minutes and they corrected it. Great communication all the way. THEN, I got a text that it was delivered. I contactrd my recipient and it was nowhere in sight at her or my house. I went back to an earlier email and pulled up the tracking number. i was surprised it showed shipped by USPS to a parcel locker in the addressed town but nothing on how to retrieve it. i contactrd Elephant and they had same info as I. I needed to call USPS POST OFFICE but it was already after hours. Well the recipient called me after a couple of hours that it was delivered. No new message from USPS received. Elephant followed up with me when i wrote them it was delivered. Picture was in excellent condition and recipient loves it.”

“Do not order from this company. I ordered a framed print for my husband. Paid for “expedited” shipping. Arrived 3 days after the stated timeframe- and it was damaged. Company communications regarding the damaged print was very slow as was getting a “replacement”. Replacement arrived ALSO DAMAGED. Back of print completely not attached, paper backing haphazardly pasted on and frame corner coming apart.”

“Loved the art for our space but it arrived damaged. Each corner of our two pieces are dented in by bubble wrap used in shipping. Stiff cardboard before the bubble wrap might have helped this but none was used. Still waiting to hear about getting new pieces.”
