“Positive experience with the company start to finish . To be fair I am comparing it to a competitor whose employee(s) produced a similar print vertically (error) and continued to process my order . Now I’m having difficulty contacting them.”

“I am very satisfied with my 1st time purchase here. Price seems reasonable, quality very good and delivery arrived as promised in a timely manner, in this case 5 business days. The picture is exactly like the photos, no surprises about colors not accurate, etc. Matches by bedrom decor perfectly.”

“I was shocked at the poor quality of the artwork printed on the cavas! Thomson is my fave artist and I was waiting breathlessly for this to hang on my wall. I’m disappointed and already tore up the box and don’t feel like getting wrapping or boxing this piece and I don’t want to pay for shipping. 😣”

“We rec’d a picture that had what looks like a piece of sand in the glass. We are trying to get in exchanged or returned but your process for exchange is difficult to understand. Doing that process over the phone would be much simpler but there is no phone contact that we can find. We would appreciate a call from customer service our number is 217-417-3741 We tried to follow the online instructions by it wasn’t clear on exchanges. We are waiting to hear back from you on how your handling our concern.”
