“Very pleased with the quality of our framed canvas stacked mug art we used to decorate the wall over our coffee bar. ElephantStock kept in touch with every step of the process after our order was placed so we didn't have to wonder what was happening. We are already planning a second purchase from them.”

“While the art (poster print) is great, the framing is what earned the one star. Charging over $300. for a poster in a plastic frame using flimsy plastic rather than glass, then when it arrives, the plastic front is caved in and the staples that hold it in place are all exposed…. I’m not impressed. This is by far such poor quality. I do appreciate the refund that is supposed to be issued (we shall see) but all communication regarding the refund is done through AI which is also a disappointment. Personal service with this company is basically non existent. I will not be purchasing any framed art from ElephantStock again. Also, my first order was apparently lost…FedEx label created but never showed it left ElephantStock. This took an additional two weeks to resubmit my order.”

“After waiting 12 days after ordering (which seems long in today's day and age) to receive my order, I sadly received the complete wrong item, which must have been someone else's artwork. What ElephantStock should have done, after making such a big error, was to immediately begin working on getting me the correct item I ordered and, if they wanted the artwork that was erroneously sent to me back, arranged to have FedEx or UPS pick it up at my home. Instead, the only solution I was offered was to request a refund that would require me to have to bring the wrong item somewhere to ship back. Then I would have had to start from scratch on my order again. This was not an adequate solution to a mess up like this. I wrote back to customer service to say as much and still have no response nearly a full day later. It's sad because the other person's artwork I received looked to be nice quality and I feel I would have been happy with the artwork I ordered if I had received it. It's not possible to get it right 100% of the time, but it's how you handle your mistakes as a company that matter and this was not handled correctly.”

“The canvas art with a frame unfortunately wraps around and cuts off portions of the image. It seems like a near miss for a piece of printed art and is a little disappointing. We still hung it on the wall, but will likely not be a returning customer.”
