“The canvas was disappointing to me in both background color and quality. I returned it. The return process was also very different than any other website I’ve ever used. Having to upload a photo and wait to see if the return would be accepted was different and I will not use this website again.”

“I was very disappointed with my purchase. The description of the set was confusing and not accurate. It would be more helpful to indicate the size of each piece than assume the buyer knows the width listed is both hung side by side with 2” added in between. That is weird to assume the buyer will hang it that way. I was going to put them on opposite sides of a mirror. I’m still waiting for my prepaid return label.”

“I really enjoyed finding a piece of artwork on your website although it did take some time with the many options available. Since it is hard to tell color on line even with the see it in your home option that I appreciated that I was able to chose a few pieces to see which worked better in my house and return the rest for a full refund, which was made within a few days.”
