“I purchased a Napa Valley poster and selected the frame. The final product arrived soon thereafter in superb condition. The picture fits perfectly over my wine bar and looks fabulous. “So, I like the print I received and I think the customer service is pretty good. However, the nice robust bubble pack corner protectors that are used to ensure that the corners of your frame do not get crushed when your box is tossed around by the delivery team are pressed into the canvas by whoever puts the shrink wrap on the finished product and now my canvas has a nice indentation in each corner that matches the bubble pack corner protectors.”
