Considering Shorebird Social Wall Art 3 Piece Panel. What are the dimensions of each Piece if ordering 65" x 42"? Is that the overall dimensions of all three panels?

Thanks for your question. The sizes shown are the overall size of all panels combined including the spacing between. Each panel is 21x42.

How can I receive a refund and get customer service. You fail to respond to messages and chats are brief. I ordered a painting a week ago and still do not have it. Then there is no response on the item. Please submit to me a refund for order #167246. This was ordered on April 28, 2000. If you can't fill the order than provide prompt customer service in determining how soon I can get a refund.
