“I love the product. Disappointed and frustrated when hanging because claw teeth were in different spots on back making calculations incorrect and taking more time and energy to figure out and hang. Recommend putting them the same distance on each side or just include for self install. So excited about map but that experience took the shine off.”

“My first order was perfect. My second order arrived damaged. It was not properly packaged. I have called support and sent photos as requested. I am still waiting to hear back about a replacement. It’s now getting frustrating.’”

“It is amazing to see all of the art available on your site. It would be great if we could talk one on one s with a designer to assist with the best selection for my space. Talking through chat is terribly cumbersome and makes the experience difficult.”

“Was disappointed with the print. Also, the frame looks cheap. One corner had a gap and therefore doesn’t look like it was a professional job. Can’t really track the location of package. After I wrote regarding the location, I was sent the tracking info.”

“Package arrived safely and on time. I paid extra for shipping and it arrived within the window. The product itself has a nice frame. However the quality of the canvas is very thin and appears to be quite fragile. When you take it out of the box you can see through it. Hopefully that won't affect it being on the wall since no light will be behind it. The quality of the print itself appears to be more AI than a true enlarged photograph. Overall I feel the cost was too much for the quality of the canvas itself.”

“I can’t say that I was thrilled about the way the canvas was wrapped. I had ordered a canvas from another company at the same time and it was wrapped so much tighter and better all in all. These 3 were wrapped like a birthday present would be wrapped. Not very smooth at the top and bottom. I hung them regardless and they look fine.”

“This is my 2nd purchase with your company and happen to notice when we went to hang this print it has a 5" scratch across the bottom of it, like it got rubbed across something. Had already destroyed the packaging and don't want to deal with sending it back, so we are keeping it. Just wished someone would of caught it before sending it out to me. Very disappointed.”

“The item we got is, in theory, cute. It was my fault for ordering it so small. You can’t see the names of ANY city. You can only read the country names. I’ve attached a photo of our ridiculous it looks - it’s a map to track the cities you’ve gone to, and I can’t even read the city names. I’m giving it 3 stars because I should have ordered a larger map, but I think there should be something that indicates illegibility at a certain size”
