“Unfortunately the frame I ordered either had a bubble or debris in the paint. I’m having a very difficult time trying to rectify this problem. So far they haven’t answered back. It’s AI generated.”

“There is a mark in the inside of the plexiglass frame that I can’t remove. I’m waiting for an answer to get another one sent. I can return the one of have but want a shipping label. I don’t want to play for ahipping”

“Picture is great - but the frame had chips on two corners - both bottom corners - packing box was not the most stable, the frame did have corner guards to protect them, so I assume the chips happened during the packing process. Used a stain pen to fix.”

“Communication wasn't great (I never received a response to my email asking when it was going to ship) and there was no tracking number when it finally did ship. Item arrived undamaged but honestly, the quality of the print was garbage. You have to be standing more than 5 feet away to appreciate it as anywhere closer, it's super pixelated and blown up too much. For 250.00 I expected better.”

“While the canvas print was fine, the frame was not well made and had small gaps at the corners. The worst part was that the 2 hooks/ hangers on the back of each frame were very uneven. One was 5/8 of an inch from the top and the other was as much as 1/2 inch from the top. It was a three piece wall hanging and both hooks on each piece were uneven, making it virtually impossible to get all three pieces even. The installers worked for hours on a job that should have taken less than an hour. I was very disappointed in this product and I'm considering returning it.”

“It took longer than expected to receive my picture although the communication was good when I reached out. The picture itself is very. Life but it was packaged poorly and the frame was damaged on arrival.”

“I LOVED the picture I bought, but it arrived damaged. I was so disappointed because I had bought it for my grandson’s bathroom. There was no bubble wrapping in the box when I opened it and likely was damaged during shipping. I think it should have been packed better.”

“I do like the picture but it is very bland in color . It looks more like a photo copy than a painting. The shipping was a little longer than I thought,but the canvas was well packaged and the framing was good. I’m definitely disappointed in the colors .”
