“We received delivery of the Overlaps Wall art today. When initially opening the box, we took notice of the exceptional care taken in packaging of the art, especially on each corner of the frame. Unfortunately, we were dissatified with the colors of the Overlaps canvas artwork we had selected from the Elephant website. The colors of the Overlap canvas wall art were muted/dull in relation to how vibrant they appeared on the website. More specifically, we were dissapointed in the gold tones in the artwork. Instead of gold, which we had hoped would stand out in the canvas, it had more of a yellow and tone to it.”

“I like them and the quality is decent but even though I measured these look a lot smaller. Now since they were custom photos I’m just out a lot of money since there are no options for those customers unhappy with a custom order.”

“My small picture of nean piano keys is beautiful, perfectand is a beautiful addition to my music studio. My large picture of music notes and a treble clef is disappointing. There are dark marks visible top amd bottom near the edges. There are several light gray quarter and dime sized gray circles in the picture that look like someone missed painting those areas. It's not worth the hassle to send it back. The defects I mentioned aren't glaringly visible from a distance, and the colors coordinate so nicely with the keyboard picture in the same room.”

“Maybe my phone and computer screens made the print I ordered look more vibrant, but the colors of the printed canvas are more muted and dull in real life. I wish there was a way to confirm if the print arrived as it was supposed to or if the colors are off. It doesn't really jump off the wall as I had hoped. I'll keep it but probably won't order again.”

“My piece was much smaller than I anticipated. I thought I had ordered at least a size up or more. So needless to say I was very disappointed in it. Plus it took a really long time to get here.”

“The artwork is great. The quality assurance is not. One of the three panels being hung was off an eighth of an inch for hanging, and therefore all our measurements assuming all three were exact or off, and we had to put two holes in our wall and realign the other two to cover the mistaken hole because the saw tooth Bar was misaligned. For $100 that was really annoying.”

“I’m a little disappointed. It is not high quality framed art print. It weighs very little and seems very cheap. For the money I was hoping for better quality. I don’t think I it’s worth it but hopefully no one will notice that it’s made so cheap from a distance. I would probably return it if it was such a hassle. I wouldn’t buy art again unseen.”

“Picture came out great, although you want to edit what you can since blown up photos bring out any spec of color changes. As far as the quality of the photo, it’s good, I think it can be better. The mounting brackets on the back were not centered nor straight. You would think sending a paper with some assistance for mounting and measuring would come with but nope, so doing all that took a lot more time.”

“The map is pretty and the personalization is a nice touch. But the font is too small or seems not sharply focused enough to read clearly; this goes for the font/clarity of the names of the cities in the states. Hard to read. Also, the "cork" that the push-pins are pushed into isn't real cork. It is a cheap.alternative and not even very thick, as the push-pins push right through it and stick.out the back. Nice idea overall, but the presentation is cheap.”
