“The quality was ok. On the back the canvas was frayed a little. Was also disappointed that there was not any hanging hardware included. The box it was shipped in was too small and dust and debris could easily get in. Should be informed that the frames are plastic.”

“It was easy to put the frame together and mount it correctly. The frame quality was above average. The quality of the print is average at best though, and that’s what matters. I expect better for $600+”

“Dimensions for height were not correct, should provide a wall template for hanging and not instructions for putting toothpaste on back to determine hole placement, paid way too much for something so small. Picture quality ok but nothing special. For $150 go elsewhere.”

“Received diptic art 32x54. Frames were well packaged without any issues or damage. The frames were assembled in a sloppy manner in my opinion. The backing was misplaced in several areas and needed to be reapplied. One of the frames was packaged with the acrylic bent behind the retaining pins which were never used to secure the picture. How could this be missed? Disappointed at this price point.”

“This is my second attempt to send even a text to you guys! First was a video didn't seem to go through for you. Then a text said there was an error! My artwork came packaged well however each of the panels on the lower corners where the dark blue part of the picture shows they are white! It's as if the picture was rubbed off on those corners or scratched I don't know but they're not blue there's a little tip of white. I don't know how a return would work or how this can be fixed. Also the color of the picture in each frame the blue is more of a dark blue going into navy blue. There isn't any teal blue in it like the picture you submitted showed. I was looking for something that had some teal blue in it with the dark blue.”
