“I am a little disappointed. I ordered the print as a Christmas gift. When I ordered it, the reply said 10 to 12 days. I counted the days and thought it would be delivered Dec 23 or 24. It did not arrive until Dec 29. Also, the top of the mountain looks like it was photoshopped onto the sky. Teddy bear Cactus in the front looks in real. I guess I am just a little critical. I wanted it to look like a photo taken and enlarged. It did not look real.”

“THE ART WORK IS GREAT BUT THE FRAME IS JUNK. I BUILT THE FRAME PER INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDING ATTACHING THE ARTWORK. THIS WAS DONE ON A PERFECTLY FLAT TILE FLOOR. ONCE THE WORK WAS HUNG ON THE WALL, THE FRAME HAS A TWIST THAT PULLS A CORNER OFF THE WALL. THIS IS LIKE WACK A MOLE. IF I PUSH ONE CORNER TO THE WALL THE OPPOSITE CORNER PULLS AWAY FROM THE WALL. AS A LAST RESORT I TRIED TWO SIDED TAPE TO HOLD THE FRAME TO THE WALL BUT THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. IT STICKS FOR A WHILE BUT STILLS PULL AWAY ABOUT 2 3/4 INCHES.”

“Disappointed with the print. Part of the picture was cutoff at the top, which was an important part of the story. I reported the issue and it is being looked into. Frame is great. Print is very clear. Shipping not that great. Ordered December 7 for a Christmas present for my boss. Received January 2. Box was left in a snow bank in the driveway.”

“The quality was great, but I was disappointed that due to the frame I chose, it cut 2 inches off the length and width of the canvas print. I ordered what I thought was going to be 9x11, but it's in reality about 7x9. I had never purchased from them before, and didn't see the sizing change as I was checking out. It's there, but not as noticeable as it could be. This was pointed out to me during my customer service inquiry. The agent was knowledgeable and offered an exchange solution, which I decided I didn't want to do. It may be a while before I order anything from them again.”

“Nice print that brings a smile when I see it from a distance. Closer up… Kinda average picture finishing and frame is somewhat flimsy given the cost that we paid. Took way too long for delivery although communication from the staff was excellent. Print quality could have been better… so all in all 3/5 review.”

“We purchased two pictures, one of the beach is really what we expected, the next Heaven on Earth is very dissapointing, the picture is dark and not at all bright like what is on the web site, quite frankly we hung it in a place out of the way as we dislike how it looks”

“I would give a higher rating but I’ve tried to get a response back about the missing pins I never received. I sent 3 messages with now response. There is no ability to call or on-line chat. The map looks great but customer service is very sub par!”

“My daughter-in-law loved the shadowbox canvas. However, the production/delivery schedule was stated differently in different communication and took approximately 10 days longer than even the best-case scenario. The artwork did arrive on the very last day I needed it by, but the whole process was unreliable and confusing.”

“three pieces were off by about 1/8 " off horizontally. Hardlessly noticable, but still apparaent with measurement. Canvas was not sealed on back so prints did not sit flush againt wall.”
