“The print is good, but the frame is pretty cheap looking.”

“Artwork is beautiful and everything I was hoping for, but the frame was damaged and shipping box was damaged. The insulation in packing on the face of the canvas wasn’t great, so the puncture in the box could have really damaged the canvas. It didn’t, but it certainly had me nervous on receipt.”

“Elephant stock is an upstanding business. They immediately refunded my cost. However, they sent the wrong items in the wrong size. I am guessing that someone else got my art and I got theirs. I was saddened because I loved what I chose and was so disappointed when everything about it was incorrect.”

“I love the artwork, but very disappointed with the fact that two of the items were damaged due to poor packaging. Too many items in one box! My husband was able to fix, so I’m keeping”

“I always have great results, but was disappointed this time as I asked them to remove a line across the top of the picture. I couldn’t tell from the proof, so I assumed it was gone. Upon receipt, it was obvious the line wasn’t removed. It’s okay from a distance.”

“5 panel canvas arrived in a good time frame. Two issues. One of the frame panels has a defect. Some of the wood must be chipped away right were the canvas sits on it. Noticeable at certain angles. Second issue. How they tucked the corners of the canvas is nowhere near how clean they show in one of the images they provide. Actually kind of sloppy. As it was a gift for a friend, and they were OK with the defects and sub par workmanship I did not Initiate any complaints. If this would have been for myself I would have.”

“For the amount I paid for this I was surprised that it came damaged. Being I had waited so long already, I did not wasn’t to start a return process. Also it wouldn’t hurt for company to include nails or screws needed for hanging.”

“The company followed up with the shipping, tracking was available at any time, customer service finally is a thing for someone but the picture isn't really as it should be, the kitchen cloth in last supper has different tonality of color !”

“I ordered the prints online, and I wanted the prints to deliver on a later date. So I purposely chose to chat online to place the order, and have a personal communication, that the later delivery date would not be a problem. When I got back in town, and looked for the delivery tracking, I was told that the delivery was delayed, and they could not say why. This was dissappointing since we needed the prints to finish our guest room for some out of town guests.”
