I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THE COLORS WEREN'T AS BRIGHT AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE AS IN THE PICTURE

The delay in delivery was frustrating as I placed my order on December 7th and did not receive my order until December 23rd. I went back and forth with Jane your AI customer service assistant who kept telling me there was no guarantee my order would be received before Christmas as the cutoff was December 12th. I kept saying my order was placed on December 7th, like my order summary states. Then Jane responded with, “Actually, your order was placed on December 8th due to the time zone.” This detail did not matter since it was still before the cutoff of December 12th. What a hassle. A lot of frustration and concern as the tracking said my order would not be delivered until December 30th. Fortunately, it finally arrived on December 23rd.

Product is great but customer service was awful. Took forever to get an update on when it would ship. Tried to email, no response. Called and no one answered. Did chat and it was unavailable most of the time and then finally got the same generic answer.

Product is fine. Item arrived too late and costumer service was rude and didn’t do what they said they would. The website doesn’t seem to communicate how long it takes to first create the product. I contacted them a second time and they still did nothing to help.

The picture I ordered is as shown on the site. My only issue is that I didn't know that I was ordering a custom picture. I looked at the site and I didn't see anywhere that indicated which sizes were custom. There wasn't any communication with the company unless I initiated it. I ordered my picture on Dec. 1 and received it on Dec. 19. I wish that I was told it would take that long to receive it.

The wall art image is exactly what I wanted. But I was disappointed that the white border around the art was not a mat. It would be nice if the description specified “not a mat border”. It just isn’t as upscale as expected. The walnut frame color works perfectly but I don’t believe it’s actually wood. It may be a plastic veneer. Although I Iove the image, I’m not sure I’ll keep it due to the type of materials used and lack of a mat.

I love the picture! It is just as advertised. However, the shipping took much longer than was stated on the website. It was almost 3 weeks before I received my order.

The map looks nice hanging on our wall BUT the print is so small and faint that we cannot read it. Our son was trying to help us locate the names of rather big cities and we just could not find them because the print is not legible. We knew where to look but the name was either not there at all or the print was impossible to read. We could not see Bora Bora or Tahiti in the South Pacific. Only on city in Hawaii is indicated. Maybe our map is not typical? Perhaps it is defective?

I love the vibrant colors of the world map I received but am disappointed that panels were not mounted on the frame correctly leaving part of the map missing.

I will be glad to send a video after my son has opened his gift because it is all wrapped. I am a bit disappointed because I sat and searched and compared between maps and companies to see which one would be more clear and when I received yours, it is very difficult to read the names of the places, it is not as clear and distinguishable as on your website. I am expecting a second one any day, which is a little larger, and I am really hoping that it will be much clearer and easier to read as we love to travel You will hear from me again after my son opens the gift

Product was acceptable; however, the timeframe for completing production and shipping was not in that I requested an expedited order. It significantly delayed completion of my project. If it could not have been expedited, I should have been informed so I could make other arrangements. Customer service did not return my initial call, but then the follow-ups were simply status reports - not the expediting of my order. Since the representative was pleasant and apologized for the delay, I will place at least one more order to determine if this was an anomaly.

I purchased multiple canvases for Christmas presents. While I loved the original pictures in your website and the artist, I was disappointed in the final positioning of the prints and the lack of identification of the artist. Thank you. Mary P

This is the first time I've ordered from ElephantStock, although I am flooded with emails. Good variety of options and I did find what I was looking for, however the quality was less than expected. Excellent return policy.

I am not very pleased with it. The skin tone is not realistic. Since this is a Christmas gift I am not sure what their reaction will be
