“Everything was good - the picture is wrapped well and came unharmed.. I just don’t like the picture very much.. I’m the pictures it has a cool look to it but in person it kind of seems like an animals face and is kind of creepy.. it’s in me not Elephant Stock”

“I FINALLY received my order 24 days after order was placed. I was told 11 or so days, I understand the Covid-19 setback, but it would've been good to receive an update as to why my order was extremely late. I only got responses when I initiated the inquiry. The company say they're going to give me a discount. The day I received my order, it went on sale over 50% off! Oh well...I guess that's the risk you take.I have placed it on the wall. It is beautiful and nice.”

“Hi, just received my new canvas, 16 days after my purchase. I am somewhat happy. However, I have two concerns: 1) Why is the fabric folded, rather than rolled up on a tube? There is a big fold mark in the center. Hope it will disappear when stretched on the frame. If not, can I use an iron to remove the fold? What temperature and precautions? 2) The canvas has less contrast and brightness than expected. Colors are not as vivid as they are on the image displayed on your portal. Yet, the large wall arts were featured as « High details, vivid print ». « Ok » overall but disappointed for a $718 CDN purchase including shipping and taxes… Regards”

“I always love my artwork I get from here but this one I'm a bit disappointed...it looked very bright and vibrant on the website which was the point of me getting it because the colors were beautiful but it's way darker and dull in person...and the canvas isn't thick it's thin...I'm disappointed but still ok tho”

“I did notice a corner that was perhaps stretched too much as the white shows through. Also there are cloud like patches though out the picture. I not impressed, will not make any future purchases”

“We ordered 4 different X-Large prints ranging from a single to 4 pieces. They were well wrapped and attractively printed. The biggest negative is that most of the frames were too warped to lay flat on the wall. Some were only slightly out of flat to as much as 1" out of plane corner to corner. We considered sending them back but they were hung in a recreation room so it wasn't worth the hassle to return them. These would not be suitable for a main living area. I am giving them 3 stars because for the price the quality was only so-so.”

“The product I purchased was damaged on arrival. I‘ve notified the support department and I’m waiting on a resolution. The outcome of this issue will determine my thinking on a review I would have. There is an opportunity for an excellent review as I know these things happen.”

“Photo quality seems consistent with the pictures online. However the canvas mounting is sloppy enough that they don't hang very balanced, which is especially noticable given the multiple panel design that I bought.”

“I have mixed feelings about ElephantStock. I think you have some really beautiful pictures. I like the variety of styles of canvases and framed pictures and the multi piece artwork. I am disappointed with the order fulfillment. I've ordered 4 different pieces. So far each of which has not shipped within the first 3 or 4 days after being ordered. I call to check the status of the order. And then suddenly the next day the order is shipped. I don't understand why the order fulfillment process isn't faster without me needing to check on it. I've also had a bad experience of two prints being shipped and the FedEx tracking numbers were reversed so it showed one piece showing up and one not and it was a mismatch of the FedEx tracking numbers. So I don't like the order fulfillment process and I'm disappointed by the amount of time it takes to ship my order. I am happy that I can call and talk to a human being.”

“I am giving you an average mark for the following reason. The process of ordering and getting the map was a 5 star experince. The map itself appeared to be of good quality but I would give it a 1 star because it appears to inaccurately depict the country of Ukraine as being split into different parts. Western Ukraine and Eastern Ukraine are different colors and Crimea is blackened out separately on this map. I will look for a map that more accurately depicts Ukraine's internationally recognized borders and suggest that you make your maps clearly reflect that as well. Ultimately I returned the map for this reason.”

“Ordering is easy and selection of inventory is good. Definitely need to research a promo coupon because the overall value is lacking. Prints that are matted are not true cut mats. Framing was adequate but not special for the upgrade purchased. Despite frame size, all use embedded sawtooth hangers versus wired eye hooks or other method. Just overall a resulting product that seems cheaper than its price point, which is why I would look elsewhere in the future.”

“I really like the picture but there was a couple disappointments. 1. I can see where the cut for the framing was off, on the right side you can see the writing if you look to the side of the picture. 2. The silver tabs were not pushed down and is visible, the picture and glass wobbles inside the frame”
