“The shipping arrived quickly but for some reason, I assumed the "textured" art I purchased would have some dimension and texture instead of a print. I would have liked this better if the quality of the image was not distorted. It is blurry when you look at it in person.”

“The picture came in really fast and the updates were greatly appreciated. The materials are a different story. The picture I bought is very vibrant and beautiful, but the quality of the framed work was not good at all. Underneath of the glass, it looks like a very cheap poster that was framed and it shows waves all over the picture. I would buy this type of framing again.”

“Communication was great. I received my order within about a week. The only problem is that I purchased a 5 piece canvas wall art. All pieces were packed well and received without damage. However, in hanging the pieces right next to each other, they don't line up. Two of the pieces were slightly off. So this should look like one big photo/painting but since 2 of the pieces don't really line up exactly it is not as sharp of an image as I hoped for. It may be that some of the pieces were not pulled as tightly as they should have been, not sure.”

“Love the map and personal space with family name but the push pins did not come with the map ,will have to buy on my own . My husband travel with the military are many and i need the pins to mark 26 years worth.”

“I loved the artwork but it was a 3 pc and on the middle section the hanger was installed crooked.I moved middle section slightly to make it appear better to the untrained eye but as a carpenter it bugs me when things are not hung right.in the future I guess I'll order them in 1 pc format”

“The items were supposed to be shipped 5-7 days....well that came & went. So i went to the website and asked where is myborder and theybsaid give it another day or so to ship. Well, the very next day it shipped. When the order was recieved, the lotus canvas didnt print right and u can see the lines in it. Not very professional.”

“We ordered our print in four panels, and only two panels had the tooth hangers installed on them for wall installation-- we had to find and install the other two. When hanging a four panel piece of art, this was a frustrating additional step that we didn't anticipate or appreciate.”

“We love the print and it goes perfectly in the space we chose. However, there are multiple smudges on the canvas that won’t come out. Very disappointing.”
