“I ordered a total of (5) prints and I was disappointed in how the colour was much less vivid in person than viewed online ... (2) of the prints in particular were so much so that they looked as if they had been sitting in direct sunlight and faded.”

“Love the pictures the only thing the pictures where extremely small color wasn’t the color it said I was looking for a red color Not what I got it was more of a pink color I was a little upset for the money I spent it wasn’t worth it so yea I was a little disappointed”

“I was really excited for that 30x30 photo we selected. However the Lotus Flower is just not as crisp as the online photo. It looks blurry and being under the spotlight on the fireplace mantle just highlights that. If the photo just cannot scale up crisply the larger sizes should not be offered. We will try the 24x24 and see if that makes a difference. Very disappointed.”

“I am disappointed. The frame is poorly attached at the bottom and I will have to pay to attach it without the currrent "gap". Also the printing down the right hand side of the print itself is showing! As I said I am disappointed. If this was bought at Walmart for instance one would expect this. I paid $226.00 Canadian for this picture and for sure it is not worth the money. Can't imagine I will be ordering from you again. The print itself (the picture) is just what it looked like on your website and is lovely with my furniture and decorating style.”

“The photo came quuick enough, but the canvas was mounted with wood that was bowed, so the multi-pannel print doesn't still flush against the other panels and never will. (I've attached photos to show the panels are aligned, but there is a gap in the middle of the panel. )”

“I was not made aware that the 90-day return policy did not apply to custom prints. That is something that should be made known as soon as you start the custom print process. To have to find out after I start the return policy is not the way it should be. To put that kind of fine print on the FAQ page is absolutely absurd and borderline false advertisement.”

“First delivery date was scheduled for Dec 26. That came and went. It then changed to Dec 28. That came and went. Then it shows up the next day. Was that elephantstock.com's fault? No. Did it ruin my shopping experience? Yes. Online shopping is a risk. But the art was pretty groovy. 😅”

“Dear Elephant Stock, While I love the turtle canvas itself, the quality is poor. In one of the panels, the hanging hook is crooked, making it tilt when hung. We tried to put a nail in the wall at the bottom corner of the panel so it would "catch" when it tried to tilt, but I worry it may poke through the canvas. On the top corner of another panel too much of the canvas is pulled/stapled in one place leaving it thicker at that point, which makes the top edge look like it's hanging higher than the one beside it, so it looks slightly crooked. I may order again, but will stick to one piece items. Thank you.”
