I was not made aware that the 90-day return policy did not apply to custom prints. That is something that should be made known as soon as you start the custom print process. To have to find out after I start the return policy is not the way it should be. To put that kind of fine print on the FAQ page is absolutely absurd and borderline false advertisement.
