“Picture came out great, although you want to edit what you can since blown up photos bring out any spec of color changes. As far as the quality of the photo, it’s good, I think it can be better. The mounting brackets on the back were not centered nor straight. You would think sending a paper with some assistance for mounting and measuring would come with but nope, so doing all that took a lot more time.”

“The map is pretty and the personalization is a nice touch. But the font is too small or seems not sharply focused enough to read clearly; this goes for the font/clarity of the names of the cities in the states. Hard to read. Also, the "cork" that the push-pins are pushed into isn't real cork. It is a cheap.alternative and not even very thick, as the push-pins push right through it and stick.out the back. Nice idea overall, but the presentation is cheap.”

“I was excited to receive my pic and was ready to hang it. The print is nice however I was disappointed by the placing of the hanging pins at the bottom of the frame. Now I have to obtain hanging pins to place at the top to hang my picture. 😑”

“I DO NOT like that the artist's name is not on the canvas. It does not look or feel like real canvas. That said, I do like the bright colorful rendering of the work. It might be a bit too bright. Not sure as I've not viewed the originals. Your prices are a bit more reasonable than other companies.”

“The service was generally good. We did contact Customer Service about an issue amd were told we would have a response within 24 hours. We did not get a response within 24 hours. In fact, after waiting longer, we needed to recontact Customer Service for status. Also, we were disappointed in product. Frame color description walnut, which is most commonly a dark wood. On screen picture looked dark, but actual frame was light/medium.”

“Humm…. 2356 miles , 10 different incoming and outgoing FedEx dispatch’s ( I counted ) and the print still magically managed to make it here undamaged with without any foam protection on any corners…. Just plastic wrap and cardboard. That’s some kinda faith in your shipper. And the daily emails from the time the order was placed? A lot …. Just sayin.”

“I like the piece I purchased but when I put it on the frame, the frame is tweaked and doesn’t stay flat against the wall. I have to use painter’s tape to keep the bottom of the frame flat. I disassembled it and reassembled it thinking that might fix the twisting but no change. I also checked the frame was assembled correctly and was not loose. It’s disappointing given the cost of it. Sorry I don’t have a picture to upload.”
