“The print that I received came in a timely manner, and the image is terrific, and just what I expected. However, the wooden frame supporting the canvas is warped, and is quite visible when looking at the poster tangentially. From a 34" inch height, the warp extends out to 2". I don't think that this is acceptable, and a greater effort should be made toward quality control for large canvas sizes.”

“Framed print came packaged okay. I ordered the print with mat and frame. Unfortunately the print isn't actually matted but a white mat printed on the print. Also the frame is either plastic or metal with a grey wash on it. Looks kind of cheap and I'm glad it was on sale $160 or I'd be really disappointed. Found this from another company but unfortunately they were out of the color of wood frame I wanted. Probably should have waited for them to restock.”

“I chose the 3 piece wood-look frame for my canvas art. It came well packaged. I am only "ok" about the framing, it looks very fake. Thankfully it is not in a place where the viewer is close to it. I have also purchased art from competing companies and their wood or look -like -wood is much better. The colors are accurate to what it looks like online, so the piece is perfect for the look I wanted. I might re-purchase this art as a print so I can frame it myself.”

“SO WE REALLY LOVE THE CANVAS PICTURE, BUT WE WERE SAD WITH THE QUALITY OF PACKAGING…THE PRODUCT COST US ALOT AND THE FRAM CAME CHIPED IN 2 CORNERS…RECOMMEND BETTER PACKAGING FOR MORE PROTECTION DURING TRANSIT…THANK YOU!!”

“Thought the panel print was pretty, one of the three panels was 1/4” shorter than the other two. This order was three panel, all intended to hang the same height. Customer service was quick to respond. After taking photos with measuring tape and proving the 1/4” difference, I was offered 2 options. Option 1: they would send another pane. Option 2: they offered a 20% discount.”

“I always love my artwork I get from here but this one I'm a bit disappointed...it looked very bright and vibrant on the website which was the point of me getting it because the colors were beautiful but it's way darker and dull in person...and the canvas isn't thick it's thin...I'm disappointed but still ok tho”

“The artwork is very nice and the framing is spot on. However, the artwork I ordered was 18x24 but all 3 pieces came as 17x23. Not a big deal to me but could be a problem for someone else.”

“I was very disappointed when I received my artwork. The colors were not at all as depicted on your website. There was a lot of green and the yellow/gold colors were not as vibrant. Delivery was very fast and the package was very well wrapped and boxed. Customer Service was excellent when I wanted to return the art.”

“the product was fine but they emailed me about a zillion times. all i needed was one email to confirm my order, another to tell me it was shipped, and *maybe* a final one to confirm delivery and ask me non-obnoxiously for a review. i was deluged with marketing emails. ugh.”

“Ordered a few pieces of art work from them about $600 with discount. Just prints with frames. Honestly, these frame are likely $25 dollar cheap frames and the glass appears not to even be real. So my order if just print and frame likely is around $75-100 in cost. So they are making a killing. My best friend use to be a professional framer while in college and you can't even put these on the same playing field with frame and mats etc as that would of cost you 200+ at least for a custom frame from companies he worked at and real glass and quality frames vs cheap frames and what appears not to be real glass. Also got one picture damaged out of my two being sent. The packing wasn't good at all and box tape half torn when arrived and the two pieces in one big box did have wrapping around each print and frame, but nothing stopped the smaller piece inside from moving around which it certainly did. It was the larger print that was damaged which bring me to their return portion. I did it through chat acknowledged it and basically said you will get an email about the return tracking etc. Never received had to chat again to get it. New delivery tracking printed morning of Wednesday and was ready to ship, but wasn't picked up till Friday. What was the delay? Their replacement department needs to do things more formally and send out an email acknowledging a replacement is being done and the steps through the way vs. leaving the customer wondering. I have worked for many e-commerce companies and supply chain companies and never seen such lack of organization. Basically, if you want a print pretty quickly and overpay for one this is your place otherwise if you like the print just buy it from wherever as a print and take it to a place that actually takes pride in framing with high quality materials and pay the same price. This company lives on lazy people basically like myself who thought the quality would be good looking at their website which indeed it isn't. A fair price would of been about $250 for what I received.”
