The service was generally good. We did contact Customer Service about an issue amd were told we would have a response within 24 hours. We did not get a response within 24 hours. In fact, after waiting longer, we needed to recontact Customer Service for status. Also, we were disappointed in product. Frame color description walnut, which is most commonly a dark wood. On screen picture looked dark, but actual frame was light/medium.
