“I may update my review later, but for now I’m disappointed. Received the piece today and the frame is completely damaged. I tried calling to speak to a person and after a 5 min hold was asked to leave VM. I did chat with the AI assistant and was told I’d get a new one sent to me but no time frame.”

“I placed an order and I opt out of autofill and it went through anyway and billed a credit card I haven't used in years and sent it off to my daughter Carissa in Texas trying to cancel or changing address was pain wasn't sure where it was heading but finally arrived in Clackamas Oregon. Im still not satisfied your using my credit and email to ask if my daughter Carissa if she satisfied and it wasn't for her. I'm her mom Jenny that order for my home and probably won't be using your site lost all trust in this site. This is not Carissa email”

“The wall art was delivered exactly as ordered (although, the royal blues could be a bit brighter). The picture is pretty but I don’t care for it on the wall I had planned to put it. The Elephant Stock Company did everything I expected. I am disappointed that I don’t love the art itself.”

“The picture is very pretty. I just wish it was bigger. I have a very large empty wall. I wanted the 60 x 40 but I also wanted it framed and I could only get it in the 46 x 31. Doesn’t look how I wanted it to look because of the size.”

“The canvas, though it does appear to be printed nicely, was framed slightly off center and slightly crooked. I am slightly annoyed and disappointed! (The paintings title is rolling off the bottom edge)”

“Pictures are lovely but small mistakes are made the wrong picture or the wrong frame somehow get sent and it’s frustrating. But I will say your returns of money is great. You do it right away. I ordered a second time and it came right. But my second order had the wrong frame and I’m sending it back, but I will re-”

“It’s okay. The sepia is just what I wanted. I love the muted look. What I don’t like and did not realize when purchasing is the text/writing around the car. I thought this was a mock up of a blue print and those were draftsman notes. But the lettering/words are gibberish. They don’t even look like English. So that was disappointing. This is for an office in a Ford Dealership.”

“My first time ordering from here. The quality wasn’t as good as I hoped. The print is fine, but the frame isn’t put together very well. You can see the unfinished wood in the corners, there’s a small chip on one corner,and there’s something under the ‘plastic’ glass. The paper backing is peeling up. Very disappointed I threw away the box!”

“Relatively easy order process and item shipped on time as promised. Picture arrived with some defects in that the print was not seated in the frame correctly but was able to disassemble and repair without returning.”

“I found really lovely artwork and was able to select great frames for the art too. One of the three frames didn’t have the sawtooth hanger well attached. I ‘fixed’ with glue and all is now hanging beautifully. Contacting customer service was very disappointing. They’re supposedly available 24/7 but, in fact, they are not. And then they sent me a canned response to my issue showing no one actually read what I’d written. Product was imperfect and customer service was poor. I’m happy with what I purchased but won’t buy from them again and don’t recommend them.”

“The photo is not an accurate picture of an F-4 fighter. The landing gear is not correct at all. That is all I see when I look at it now. Plus, the hangers were not level so I had to purchase new ones so all 3 pictures were even.”

“Item is lovely and fits well but delivery was unacceptable. Item was dumped on a snow bank on the left of the driveway entrance rather than in front of the garage. Driveway is 1500 feet long if not more, I'm 81 and very burdensome for me if left unprotected for anyone to steal in a difficult drop point. Driveway isn't gated, is access to house cleared and has very recently been navigated without issue by the same carrier so no reason to just dump this item at the front of the driveway. Accordingly, rating at 3 because of this.”
