“I was excited to receive my pic and was ready to hang it. The print is nice however I was disappointed by the placing of the hanging pins at the bottom of the frame. Now I have to obtain hanging pins to place at the top to hang my picture. 😑”

“I DO NOT like that the artist's name is not on the canvas. It does not look or feel like real canvas. That said, I do like the bright colorful rendering of the work. It might be a bit too bright. Not sure as I've not viewed the originals. Your prices are a bit more reasonable than other companies.”

“I was a bit disappointed with the quality and texture of the canvas, as the painting isn’t as vibrant as I had envisioned. Additionally, the frame feels flimsy and lacks the sturdiness and sleek finish I was expecting.”

“The service was generally good. We did contact Customer Service about an issue amd were told we would have a response within 24 hours. We did not get a response within 24 hours. In fact, after waiting longer, we needed to recontact Customer Service for status. Also, we were disappointed in product. Frame color description walnut, which is most commonly a dark wood. On screen picture looked dark, but actual frame was light/medium.”

“Humm…. 2356 miles , 10 different incoming and outgoing FedEx dispatch’s ( I counted ) and the print still magically managed to make it here undamaged with without any foam protection on any corners…. Just plastic wrap and cardboard. That’s some kinda faith in your shipper. And the daily emails from the time the order was placed? A lot …. Just sayin.”

“I like the piece I purchased but when I put it on the frame, the frame is tweaked and doesn’t stay flat against the wall. I have to use painter’s tape to keep the bottom of the frame flat. I disassembled it and reassembled it thinking that might fix the twisting but no change. I also checked the frame was assembled correctly and was not loose. It’s disappointing given the cost of it. Sorry I don’t have a picture to upload.”

“In short, while it’s great that this company offers extra large-sized art that can otherwise be difficult to find, the price is just too steep for the quality. First, the colors were much more saturated than how the image looks online. Second, the actual construction and quality of the materials is cheap, especially the aluminum frame. The frame was too flimsy for our 60x40 piece, to the point where the tautness of the canvas rendered the entire piece unable to lay flat across the wall - no matter how many times we tried resetting the canvas in the frame and following the instructions. We ended up using Command strips to secure the frame to the wall. A higher quality, sturdier frame is necessary for these XL canvases.”

“Loved my print. Vibrant and perfect for the space I ordered it for. Unfortunately, it was a bit damaged when it arrived. The print and backing were not completely set in and locked at the top of the frame. I was able to repair it, but I was a little surprised that it wasn’t checked before shipping.”

“The order process was simple enough, but the return process is unnecessarily complicated. Way too many steps. Shipping updates were absolutely useless. The shipping status read “waiting for pickup” for 5 days then changed to delivered on the same day it was delivered. Very disappointing..”

“On a positive note, we love the framed canvas art. Beautifully done. On negative side it took longer than expected to receive and no one could tell me why or when it was expected. Just bounce me back and forth between Elephant and Amazon. Not great customer service but good product at good price.”

“The picture turned out pretty good but the framing wasn’t even. The top and bottom of two of the frames measure 16” but the middle of the frames is at least a quarter of an inch less. It’s noticeable to me when they are hung.”

“The pictures are very beautiful and very high quality. They are perfectly framed. However, the sizes I ordered were 16 x 36. The pictures I received are 15 x 15. That size was one of the offerings and that's what I chose. I'm disappointed, but I don't want to go through the hassle of returning and reordering.”
