My order was delivered to the wrong address. It was not an easy process to resolve, and is still not resolved. Not pleased at all with the situation.

I have no issues with the framing, packaging, or shipment of the poster/artwork. Those things were all excellent. I have a lot of issues with the reproduction of the artwork itself. In particular the contrast on the reproduction was terrible, so bad that the left side of the old man’s face was so dark that you can’t make out any of the details on the left side of his face. I took a picture of the poster alongside a copy of the original that I downloaded off the internet and printed out on my home printer (on regular printer paper). The copy I downloaded loaded and printed myself shows much more detail and contrast than the copy we bought and received from you! I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the poster that you sent us. For what we paid expected a much better quality reproduction. I expected that it would be better for than what I can generate myself. I’d be happy to send you the picture I took comparing you reproduction to what I printed out myself. I am very, very disappointed in the quality of the reproduction I bought from you.

We received the picture we wanted but for $400 it should be pretty close to perfect. The picture was packaged with extra padding on the top two corners of the frame but not on the bottom two and the frame was damaged. I submitted a request along with pictures twice but have not heard back from customer service. This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing,

My prints arrived and I was shocked. All of the colors are very faint, almost as if the printer had run out of ink! The blues in particular are almost white. Greatly disappointed.

I love my painting I bought from you. I would love to purchase another larger painting however your website is very hard to maneuver! I put in the specifications that I would like (Vertical, Floral, ect) but I can't seem to get to a page where it shows this type of painting. After spending 45 minutes and getting the same results (photos says "More Like This" below it) I gave up and bought from another sight.

The running horses photo is beautiful and framed exceptionally well. Our 9 yr old granddaughter chose it for her love of horses and her love for running track. When it arrived and upon closer inspection, it was sad to see a mounted cowboy with a whip at the back of the herd. Running scared.

I ordered these pillows on June 25 and received them July 6. It wasn't a shipping delay. It was a processing delay, so kind of pokey. And descriptions/photos are not correct when it comes to color.

My issue is the picture bows out in the corners leaving a noticeable gap between the frame and the middle on all four sides that is noticeable to me. I have artwork in the same floating frames from chain home furnishing stores that did a better job. Not going through with the hassle of returning it. Won't use ElephantStock again, nor can recommend them.

Very disappointed. The prints are extremely low quality, i cannot hang this in my home. Money down the drain. Looks like it was purchased in WALMART. just awful!

I have ordered 3 pcs from E.S. and the framed pieces are good, but the poster quality paper is poor quality, the last pc received today in a crushed poster roll and the image is creased and not useable. My recommendation is not ordering unframed poster art due to poor quality.

i want to exchange my order. Your site says easy returns. I called 3 times and couldn't get anyone. I then started a chat on your site which said i would receive a reply in 6 minutes. It's been over a half hour with nothing. I've now spent well over an hour dealing with this. Why is an "easy return" so difficult?

Art itself is cool but it arrived completely unaligned and the print was curled under the screen and the whole thing sealed shut - so I have to cut the sealed back open to fix it
