The words are stapled at the top in the frame!! Cannot see the words at top!! So disappointed I needed these perfect for a home showing.

The frames were lovely and as expected for paying overs $300. However, the floral art itself is cheap looking and poorly printed. They look like posters and what I might think they were Walmart quality. I would not buy these particular pieces again.

Loved the picture I selected. Too bad it arrived damaged. For such a long frame, it could’ve used more protection.

Order number: #768488 Fulfillment: #768488.0 The cancellation request was submitted within an hour after placing the order and a confirmation email was received. The item arrived and my account has not been credited. I have a Severe disability which makes it very difficult for me to complete a physical return and I would like my money back anyway since I view this as your error.

I absolutely love the concept, but it could be executed better. I got a map and some countries are completely missing for example “Curaçao and Bonaire.” Some parts of the map have black text and black coloring which makes it unreadable for example “Iran and France.” There are multiple printing errors over the oceans and on countries like Greenland. For the price I paid the mistakes are unacceptable. Also the wood structure is cracked in the middle. Doesn’t affect much but still not okay at this price point.

Horrible quality. Per pics below there are little metal tabs that are supposed hold the print in place - on the outside of the print!! Additionally, the paper on the back side is coming off - see pic for that too. Started the return process yesterday. But haven’t received a response from you yet. Thank you Leslie Seidler
