“Your customer service needs work. When an invoice is ask for it shouldn't take weeks of calling and e-mailing. I have called and e-mailing only to be told it will be 24-48hrs. After that time has passed still no invoice. This has gone on too long. You being a compny in Plano Texas You should be better.”

“Looks like there is no quality control. Canvas came out way too dark. It takes away the beauty of the artwork.”

“Lackluster customer service and late shipments. I placed 2 orders; 1 on October 2nd and the other the following day. The 2nd order arrived yesterday while the first one remains unfulfilled. 4-6 business days for processing and shipping would have been nice instead my project was delayed and negatively impacted. I have yet to receive any type of update of when I can expect delivery….it’s very disappointing.”

“This picture was not what I thought it would be. It looks like a photograph of a photo. I’ve bought picfrom Elephant Stock before and loved it. This one made me disappointed and was not worth the price I paid.”

“A little disappointed in our print. It turned out a bit blurry which takes away from the beauty of the photograph. For the cost, we were hoping for a higher quality piece. Pretty as long as you aren’t looking too closely.”

“I got the artwork from a picture I took while in Morocco, and while I love the picture the quality of the canvas is subpar. The edges of each of the 4 panels are damaged. The actual picture is peeling off and scratching off. For the cost of this artwork, I was shocked how each panel was damaged.”

“Ordered two of the multi-piece canvas paintings. Both came shipped nicely with no damages to either. All canvas’s were wrapped tightly and ready to hang. The art pieces that I ordered were quite large to fill a couple large wall spaces. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend purchasing large stretched canvas artwork from here. The canvas was very pixelated - I would have expected much better for the price I paid for these.”

“I purchased a print and loved it, but an exposed nail that held the print in the frame sort of ruined it. I sent an email with a photo to elephantstock, but no response. Pretty disappointing.”

“There were marks on the top right corner of the artwork. It’s a bummer that the marks are there but I can live with it. Was the artwork supposed to come with hanging hardware? If so, it did not come with hardware. I bought it myself. Does ElephantStock provide partial reimbursement for damaged pieces?”

“Out of the six pictures I ordered, all six were great. However, the backing frame on one was racked and the mounting bracket on all six was crooked, not in the center of the frame, or both. We had to remove, then add new brackets for all six. One of the backing frames was slightly smaller than the rest.”
