“The piece looked,in places, that the color was very faded and not complete. The depth in areas was poorly done. I am not happy with the finished product.”

“I like the small flower blacked framed picture. However There is a flaw of a white line up the center. I have returned one due to size therefore do not what to go through mailing another back. So will live with this. I am still waiting for larger print of the one i returned I will say your customer service is awful. Your tracking device always says no orders to track. No one answers when you call in. Finally someone from another countryfinally replies after many attempts bNo problem with that except when she calls back its a bad connection and language barrier Customer service low rating”

“I like the large scale but in reality, it is just a screen print rather than a work of art with dimension and texture. Somewhat disappointing as I vacillate between it looking cheap and actually providing color and scale that I wanted in the space. Frame came together easily and instructions were clear. Reality a quality not meeting expectations.”

“I loved my previous purchase, but this purchase of the Van Gogh Roses 1890 was a big disappointment. The top flowers in the painting were cut off, as was the bottom of the vase. I would like a refund to my credit card”

“This was our first purchase from elephant stock and we were very happy with our pictures. They were packed very securely. We live in the foothills of the Smokies so this picture is perfect for our home. However, their customer service is horrible. I called, texted, emailed and tried live chat and never got a response. It was only after I posted on Facebook did I hear back from someone. Due to that face I probably won't use the again.”

“Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I ordered a framed print, which was relatively expensive in my opinion. It arrived damaged, the company gave me a partial refund, however that did not cover the cost of repairs so the overall product ended up costing more as well as costing me time and inconvenience. They try to make it right, but the overall experience was still suboptimal.”

“The map was to big for the frame. Some of the content was wrapped under where the frame ended in front. Would've liked the picture to be more sized to the frame so all the characters could be seen clearly.”

“Not worth the money spent. You have expectations on what your purchasing and the craftsmanship was not there. The photo itself was good, but they didn’t center the photo on the frames so it cut my wife’s head off at the edge since it wasn’t centered. It was a custom order so I cannot even get a return on the photo. I’m sure it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t as good as it could have been if there was Quality control being used to verify that it’s what we would like.”

“I have written to elephant twice. I was sent two copies of the same picture. The first time I contaced them on this they said they would get back to me. The other two times cricket.”
