I was really excited to receive my Partridge Pear Tree Wall Art. Overall it is very nice. The canvas is beautiful as is the frame. However the canvas is a floating canvas that is mounted in the frame on separate wood stock. The canvas is mounted crooked on the wood stock so that the gold bands on the sides and top of the canvas are off by more than a quarter of an inch from top to bottom and is very noticeable. This is not acceptable for a supposed fine art piece. I contacted the company a week ago about this problem but have not heard back. Therefore I am giving this art a poor rating until this issue is resolved. My computer will not support uploading a photo or video, but I could text a photo if I have a phone number to text it to.

I hate how tiny the print is, I have to use a magnifying glass if i want to see the states and country names. Buyers remorse for sure!

I really liked that I was ordering from a company that happened to be "local". When I submitted something on the Contact Us page I was greeted warmly and they explained the situation, which is great. But the orders page doesn't show the image of what you ordered, you have to go find the piece of art in their website to see what you ordered. Then I get an email/text that my order has been printed/packed and that it was waiting to be assigned to a carrier and it sat in that stage for 4 business days. I was never notified that it was ever assigned to a carrier or what the tracking number was, it just randomly showed up on my doorstep 5 days later. (Mind you I live 10 minutes from the location.) When you look at the orders page, the mouse icon doesn't change from pointer to hand (or whatever) showing you can click into the order. I found that out after the order arrived. I was a bit disappointed in how long it took for the order to actually be printed from the time it was received. It seems like my experience with other companies in this field is that things are done within 24 hrs and are shipped out within 2-3 days of being ordered. I understand I submitted my order a week before Christmas, but I think I had higher expectations, especially surrounding communication. If I didn't like the piece of wall art that I chose or if I had found something elsewhere I liked as much I would have easily canceled my order. Sadly, the pieces I ordered were much smaller in reality than what I expected so I'm returning it and have ordered the same piece just twice as big now. We'll see if the new one is big enough. It would also be super helpful if the company would allow for local pick up, quicker for the customer and cheaper for the company, instead of sending the package 3-5x the distance between the office/warehouse on E Plano Pkwy and the destination (for me about 3 miles) just to use a shipper.

Your responsiveness after the Holida was NOT GOOD. I repeatedly tried to communicate that I didn't want you to ship my product, but you shiped it anyway.

I am sorry to tell you that I am very disappointed in the art I bought from you. 'The Ghost Dance" you sent is so dark,much darker than the example you show online, people depicted are non-descript, and the meaning of this dance is completely lost. I do not want to look at this sad representation any longer. I live in a condo building. The art was delivered to the front desk while I was away for the holidays. That's why it took a while for me to respond to your inquiries. Then again, it took a very long time for you to ship the art to me. What can you do about this situation?

I placed an order on December 8 with 3-5 day shipping. It was meant to be a Christmas Present. Didn't get it till December 30. So much for Christmas Present. Customer Service was no help, emails were never answered.

Definitely didn’t arrive in the 4-6 business days as stated! Arrived after Christmas!! Frame was chipped and print wasn’t secure in the frame. It’s a beautiful print but other than that I’m not impressed!

I ordered this christmas gift on 12/9. It was quite delayed, and it was impossible to connect with a real human about teh timing and even the tracking number. The chat bots made factual errors (explaining the delay by claiming I'd ordered later than I had) and when I called teh customer service line, I got disconnected rather than getting a call back or even waiting (its the holidays, I get it but don't cut people off). The gift was delivered on 12.29 and the recipient likes it, but wow, was it a struggle to get accurate information througout the process. I won't be a returning customer, unfortunately.

Item is nice. Ordered on Dec. 14th and was told it would arrive before Christmas. Item arrived on the 29th. The tracking was not helpful.

Product was really disappointing. Based in the price I was expecting a really gift-worthy item. Instead, I received plastic, cheap, smaller tgan expected items that I was truly embarrassed to give as a gift.

Personalized Push pin map, ordered 12/10, was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, and it did not arrive until December 29th which was too late for a Christmas gift. I had to run out on Christmas Eve to get something else. Repeated attempts to contact Elephant Stock customer support was very frustrating. If they were running behind, they should have upgraded the shipping method to “guarantee” their delivery date. No tracking number was provided, clicking on tracking link just went to a page that said “on the way”. The product is nice, but don’t be in a rush or believe any shipping guarantee.

Too long of a wait to get the product. There was not accurate communication. The responses from AI was not helpful and didn’t tell me anymore then what I could see on line. I was very disappointed in the communication. The delivery was late.

It was a late delivery even though I ordered it on Dec 5 I recd it on Dec 23, I left to go celebrate with my family and was not able to give it to the person I bought it for. So very disappointed Never again will I use this company.

The order process has been very exasperating, to say the least. I ordered my artwork on December 7th with the expectation that it would be shipped in 3 to 4 days and I would have it in 10 days. When I had seen or heard nothing from you by the 15th of December I sent an email asking for information but there was no reply. On the 17th I tried calling from my home phone but was put on hold and then disconnected after a 6 minute wait to be connected. A second call resulted in me requesting an agent call back, that never happened. I made four calls using my cell phone and each time ask for the next agent to call us and that never happened. I also used the chat at www.elephantstock.com and never received any pertinent information other than it's a holiday with no estimated shipping or delivery time. I called again on December 18th and was put on hold for for the next agent and I also again tried the chat we're a support agent was supposed to join the discussion. I waited over an hour and an agent never joined. On December 18th we finally got an email saying that it was going to be shipped that day and we finally arrived it on Christmas Eve. Overall your communication system is broken and in all of those attempts to contact you for information, not once did I receive a call or an email or a text to give us an update on the progress of the shipment. So all in all it's been a frustrating experience.
