“Elephant stock provides a nice variety of art including both print and canvas. Although shipping is stated to be in 4-6 days, My order took 8 days. The discount offered was not obvious to me only until after I placed my order which doesn't seem right. It should automatically show in the check out process if the buyer misses it on the website.”

“The art was exactly what I hoped it would be. Unfortunately, when I unwrapped it the glass was not completely in and the metal pieces that hold the art work were half folded correctly and the rest were half bent causing the artwork to be be incorrectly placed in the frame. The only way to fix it was to tear the brown paper off the back of the frame to fix it. I'm not happy that I paid $100 for an unfinished art piece!”

“After my order was placed, it was flagged for "security" reasons. I was told I'd need to submit proof of purchase from my bank to help prevent fraud. This, of course is ridiculous and was a waste of my time. As a returning customer, I expected much better. Furthermore, the people responsible for correspondence should be required to take remedial writing classes. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and unneccessary. Making purchases online isn't new. Figure it out.The whole process was enough to put me off of ElephantStock. I'm sure there are much easier places to do business with.”

“I was very excitedly waiting for my husband's anniversary gift, but it really wasn't what I thought. First, the price I paid was not what I thought, because it was not clear that the dollars were American and not Canadian. I paid more for little, the image looks remarkable as if they expanded it from a small image to the size I ordered. Too low definition for such a high price.”

“The kayak piece was actually pretty disappointing. The images online were much more high resolution. I actually got two and I love The Cave but the kayak one is just blurry 😔. I can’t say if I’d recommend or shop with ES again because my experience was so hot and cold. I guess I’m glad one looks good though”

“As usual, ElephantStock does a great job with the framing and packaging of the art. However, in this case, the art itself looks cheesy/cheap. It is quite obvious that this is a photo of an art piece and I will be returning it.”

“I ordered and paid for a set of 21X37 pictures. You sent me 12X21 small pictures. Very disappointing. I need to receive what I ordered ASAP. Recommendation is dependent on how you resolve this immediately. Thank you”

“The quality of the product was good. However, the craftsmanship was poor. I ordered a framed canvas "floating style" and the gaps between the edge of the canvas and the frame are way off. I can also see where something is poking out of the side of the canvas (looks like a nail or staple almost came through).”

“I ordered two large framed prints. I like the prints, but the delivery quality did not meet my expectations and certainly were not commensurate with the charged price - even at a big discount. One print arrived with the backing clips showing on top of the front of the print which I had to disassemble and reassemble to fix. The other print didn't have that issue, but has a chip on the exterior of the frame. I would have sent back, but I suspect most people are like me and don't want the hassle of having to do so.”

“I could not enjoy my artwork as i was sent wrong size frame. I have contacted support team by phone and was told to wait for supervisor to call back. Noone called I have sent picture of weong size frame to an email provided to me by support team It has been 3 days and no answer yet to resolution from support team”

“I am usually thrilled with your product but today I received my order and the picture was not correctly mounted within the frame. I don’t want to have to wait to get a replacement so I can try and fix it my self otherwise it was exactly what I was wanting”

“The corners of the pictures are folded over and visible. The corners stick out and look bad. I have ordered similar items from other sellers and the corners were folded over in the back and not visible.”
