Our first order was misplaced. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through and left a msg. Then I tried the chat bot, with no response. A day later an email showed up in my inbox with the realization that our order was lost and a new order needed to be processed. We did finally receive our order only to find that the artwork has a flaw on it and needs to be returned.
