“The artwork was easy to assemble. The instructions on how to mount on the wall were non exisitent. The biggest issue we have is with the painting itself. It does not match the photo on your website. The actual print colors were much darker than what appeared on your site.”

“Many different issues starting with the gift card glitch and not receiving a code. Then the delay waiting to hear back after leaving a message with no reply from customer service. To then have to wait another 24 hrs after I finally reached them just to get the code. They offered no expedited shipping and it took 7 days. The canvas is ok. I’m not blown away and should be for a $250.00 piece of canvas wall art.”

“I bought a beautiful map of NY from you... which I love. So I purchased another of the US. this one is cheap looking and doesnt match my other. I am disappointed. The edges on the US map look unfinished and cheap.”

“Picture is good but it’s warped and so it will not hang straight. No matter what we do it hangs tilted and part of the frame juts out. Disappointed considering what we paid.”

“The print is of good quality, however the mounting was difficult and frustrating because the center panel wasn't properly balanced. I followed the online instructions on mounting the 3 pieces and made several holes in my wall before I figured out that my measurements were fine, the problem was that the balance point of one panel wasn't within the span of the mounting teeth. I had to shift the mounting teeth and make yet another hole in my freshly painted wall. I won't purchase or recommend your multipanel artwork due to this.”

“I feel these are poor quality, poorly constructed and cheap canvas . I think a 25.00 Marshall’s canvas is better quality. I’m very disappointed ☹️ I just love the print of one of them so I will keep that even though I find the quality not even close to price tag . I will be returning the other two pieces.”

“I was expecting a larger size but was mislead by the dimensions provided. They are great, but way too small for what I intended to use. I expected each piece to be 25x7.”

“While the product received is beautiful I was shocked to have to pay an additional $156.00 on delivery. You would be well served to notify customers of this fee in advance for anyone purchasing your products outside of the US. As a result I won't be ordering from your company again.”

“Overall, I was disappointed with the product's overall quality and build. For something that supposedly would have cost over $1,000 I would be requesting a full refund. However, I decided to keep it as I received a massive discount. Unfortunately, I don't believe I would no this product again nor recommend it to anyone.”

“Love the original artwork but quite disappointed in the resolution of a 48” x 72” piece. The fabric still has some visible creases but we hope the will pull out.”

“Ordered 2 prints 34 inch square each. Both pictures had ‘dings’ in the frames. One on the side, the other on the top. One of the pictures arrived with the plastic/glass pushed in on the bottom left corner including the matte for the picture itself. When I pushed the little metal clips down the plastic came forward back into place but the picture and the plastic are not trully flush against the frame. Disappointing!! Apparently the art should have been over $1,000. I paid over $500 but to be honest I am not impressed with the quality. In addition to the damage the product feels cheap.”
