“While the product received is beautiful I was shocked to have to pay an additional $156.00 on delivery. You would be well served to notify customers of this fee in advance for anyone purchasing your products outside of the US. As a result I won't be ordering from your company again.”

“Overall, I was disappointed with the product's overall quality and build. For something that supposedly would have cost over $1,000 I would be requesting a full refund. However, I decided to keep it as I received a massive discount. Unfortunately, I don't believe I would no this product again nor recommend it to anyone.”

“The print was nice, but the frame was cheap. I ordered matboards from a separate company after receiving the framed print. I am hoping to make this look less tacky.”

“Love the original artwork but quite disappointed in the resolution of a 48” x 72” piece. The fabric still has some visible creases but we hope the will pull out.”

“Ordered 2 prints 34 inch square each. Both pictures had ‘dings’ in the frames. One on the side, the other on the top. One of the pictures arrived with the plastic/glass pushed in on the bottom left corner including the matte for the picture itself. When I pushed the little metal clips down the plastic came forward back into place but the picture and the plastic are not trully flush against the frame. Disappointing!! Apparently the art should have been over $1,000. I paid over $500 but to be honest I am not impressed with the quality. In addition to the damage the product feels cheap.”

“I am not really please with my piece. The size offered 36' by 24' must be a different size than the image pictured online, because the image seems cropped or stretched from the on-line image. The colors are much more muted than what is seen online, particularly for the lighter blue sections at the top of the curl and the reflections of sunlight in the wave. The piece smelled terrible upon arrival, as tough it was packaged before it dried, but thankfully the smell has gone away. On the whole I am treating this as a live and learn experience, that I should either avoid spending money on online art or at the very least not use ElephantStock again.”

“Our first order was misplaced. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through and left a msg. Then I tried the chat bot, with no response. A day later an email showed up in my inbox with the realization that our order was lost and a new order needed to be processed. We did finally receive our order only to find that the artwork has a flaw on it and needs to be returned.”

“The outside box came with an oily stain on the end and had a gray smudge by one of the pictures painted on the middle section. It had 3 sections.”

“I can’t believe this art came unframed. I have not opened it yet but it’s obviously not framed. I assumed from what I saw it came framed. Very disappointed. Now I have to look for a framer???”

“Very dull colors, doesn't look shiny at all. Its nice, but not $139.00 nice. No offense, but This picture has the quality of what I usually buy at Big Lots. I buy large canvas ' from Great Big Canvas One of your competitors quite often. Thank you, have a blessed day sir /ma'am.”
