Ordered 2 prints 34 inch square each. Both pictures had ‘dings’ in the frames. One on the side, the other on the top. One of the pictures arrived with the plastic/glass pushed in on the bottom left corner including the matte for the picture itself. When I pushed the little metal clips down the plastic came forward back into place but the picture and the plastic are not trully flush against the frame. Disappointing!! Apparently the art should have been over $1,000. I paid over $500 but to be honest I am not impressed with the quality. In addition to the damage the product feels cheap.
