Damaged merchandise and they won’t even respond to chat!

Apparently they lost my order after pulling almost $300 from my bank account. After I sent several emails questioning where my order was(it had been three weeks), I was told it had not been processed. I have finally received it. Yes, it is nice, however, it is way overpriced. I will NOT order from here ever again.

None of the prints were secured in the frames and paper backing was torn on everyone! One frame was cracked. Prints are not matted rather it’s part of the print. No glass flimsy plastic. Not worth almost $400.00

If I could leave a negative star I would. The item was late and each of the three pieces were damaging. I tried to contact and only received AU response which were insufficient regardless of the response. I am now waiting again to see if and how the company will resolve.

At this point, I could not recommend ordering from Elephant Stock. We placed and order for 7 pieces, about $700. The delivery window came and went. Customer service was very responsive, almost immediately responding to emails. They offered either to cancel the order or provide a 10% credit. We accepted the credit and they shared a confirmation email within a couple days and in my bank account in a week. Absolutely nothing. Then the order arrived. One piece was damaged. Immediate response, said they would make and ship another piece immediately. Well now all emails on both situations go unanswered. Will give another day before I contact credit card company as I have every email and exchange. I was very impressed with their responsiveness at first. Now, it's like crickets or emails asking for clarification of what they have already offered.

Both pictures that I ordered came in not secured within the frame. Very disappointed in the quality control the for the price that I paid. Yes, I could return them, but what a hassle.

The canvas was great but neither Elephant Stock or Fed Ex notified me prior to purchase that there would be a $24.95 import charge added. The art was delivered on 1/28 and I just received an email from fed ex re: the import charge on 2/3. Will not use Elephant Art or Fed Ex again based on deceptive and surprise billing practices.

Someone please call me. I was sent someone else's order(personal collage).How do I return this to you? Would also like to know where my package is and what you are will I get to do for this inconvenience. Also, extremely frustrating that your company doesn't provide a phone to talk to a real person. The resolution of the photos is very poor. In addition, the colors are not similar enough to what is depicted online. Not please at all with the products.

My order arrived and I opened it this morning...I'm so disappointed the backing is torn in multiple places, the frame doesn't meet on one corner, the print is like "poster" and doesn't even have glass in the frame...it's plastic! I have taken lots of pictures and need to talk to customer service as soon as possible.

Shipping is absolutely ridiculous it took so long I forgot what I ordered! Tracking is useless!

The colors in the artwork that I received do not look like the colors of the image online. The gray color of the painting in the image online looks purple in person. Very disappointing based on the price point.

Horrible customer serviece and website is of no value to track a package. Said it would be 4-6 business days and it was 6 weeks. Never will order from you again.

My picture arrived severely damaged. The front was put together incorrectly and is visibly damaged and the back is completely torn. I’ve reached out via phone, email and live chat and no one has responded. I am so disappointed. I am waiting patiently for customer service to rectify the situation.
