Elephant Stock does not stand behind their motto "We're Here For You." I have sent 5 emails, made 8 calls (after a 5 minute hold--their system disconnects you) and tried to conduct an online Chat with a "send an email." The expensive artwork sits in it's packing unable to hang.

Item arrived damaged. Have not been able to get ahold a support agent through the AI Assistant, submission via the contact us form, or by their support phone number (which isn't even on their website - had to have ChatGPT find it for me). On the flip side, I really like the art. If I was able to connect with support and they resolved this to my satisfaction this would have give you at least a 7 or 8.

I ordered a painting for my daughter for Christmas. It was ordered the end of November and was delivered 2 1/2 weeks later damaged now we have to take a huge painting to FedEx get it shipped back and by the time we receive a painting Christmas will be over

The color of the picture I received is very dull compared to the pic on my phone . Being a picture on the Caribbean , bright blue and greens. Also there is A LOT of the panoramic picture not in the frame. I specifically chatted with a rep before ordering because in the preview picture I noticed much of the picture not in the frame. I asked if this was what is actually coming and they told me that was just the way the website projects the picture . But no it’s correct . Lots missing .

Rating: 1/5 Stars I am writing this review as a warning to potential customers. I recently purchased a framed map. While the picture itself looked good, the framing was a disaster. The craftsmanship was poor, resulting in cracks on all four corners of the frame right out of the box. I attempted to do the reasonable thing and contact the company for a replacement, but their support system is non-existent. Phone support is a dead end. Calls either disconnect or you are told you will receive call back which never happens The Live Chat is misleading. I was explicitly told a customer service rep would call me back within 15 minutes. No one ever did. Emails are ignored after several sent to supprt line and return line. It doesn't matter how nice the print is if the product arrives broken and the company refuses to acknowledge you. Strong companies stand behind their products; this one hides behind broken phone lines and chatbots. Save your money and buy from a company that actually answers the phone.

This company is the most difficult company to deal with. Their 90 day policy is important to me because it make take them that long to get back to me. the "hassle free" return policy has totally evaded me so far. The item sent was much too small and we wanted an exchange. After dropping accepted emails and no answers on phone number I just want a refund. Good luck with that too! Good quality work tho. If you order from them, do so on Amazon. the return policy and procedures are much easier and reliable.

The product arrived damaged. Busted on one corner and frame bent in other areas. I reached out for support and was told I am unable to get a replacement. Would not recommend. This was an expensive purchase and we are unfortunately not even able to hang the picture due to the damages (specifically the busted corner). I have pictures of how it arrived.

The first print we received was the wrong size and not framed it also looked a little blurred. I requested a refund. Instead I was sent a second print which is the correct size and framed but looks worse and looks dull, slightly blurred and part of the image is cropped. I wouldn’t order from ElephantStock again. I’m not happy.

We are highly disappointed in this piece of art work that we paid dearly for! It is flimsy and looks cheap! If you will take it back I will gladly send it back for my money to be returned.

I received damaged wall art, sent the requested photos to Elephant Stock....no response. This was followed up with a telephone call to Elephant Stock, only to speak with artificial Intelligence. To date, no follow up from a Human to rectify the situation

Don’t offer the 800 number because it doesn’t work! Your customer service is horrible. The product shows delivered but never was! I want a call @ 612-860-8525. I will need to report this to the credit card company!
