I ordered a framed canvas on June 3rd received a confirmation that it would arrive within a week and emails saying it had shipped. Nothing arrived. I reached out to customer service that was supposed to take 11 minutes, and it took about an hour to learn there is not only no tracking number and that the item is delayed and still "in production" and no approximate shipping date I also received an email teaching me how to assemble the item, and this is supposed to be a framed piece. The website does not say you assemble it yourself but you are charging me for the cost of a framed piece. I see no bad reviews on your website, but have researched that there are at least 18 complaints on Better Business Bureau. So you are not posting any negative reviews. Your company needs to make this right immediately.

I ordered a custom personalized push pin map that allowed the customer’s choice of push pin colors which were included as part of the order. I ordered brown and green push pins (one of the choices). It came with rose gold push pins. I contacted the company and requested for them to send me the correct push pin colors. They just responded that they’d offer me a 20% store credit (NOT a partial refund). This was all done by messaging/email as there is no customer service phone number to speak to a human. I then replied that I didn’t want a store credit since I didn’t need additional merchandise , and that they needed to fulfill the order correctly as ordered. At that point, they would not respond. I contact them a total of 3 times asking them to correct the order or at least issue a partial refund. No response. They are ghosting me. If you order from them, there is no guarantee you will get what you paid for.

I was verty excited to receive my print and loved it until I saw the dent in the top of the frame. The picture was not packaged in a way to prevent damage. Nothing protecting the frame inside the box. I was very disappointed. However, I was immediately refunded for the purchase price.

I way overpaid for this picture. Plastic… cheap looking and print looks fuzzy. I want a refund. Not worth the money!

We ordered one item and you sent us the wrong one then we ordered the right one again you sent us the wrong one you charged us for the right ones now you got $350 of my money and we don’t have what we ordered yet and you want us to do more work to get rid of her stuff and you’re not telling us how you’re gonna correct it and deliver proper ones that’s why people don’t have phone calls because you can’t do your job properly and you don’t wanna hear from anybody

Product came damaged reached out and said they’d send a replacement got another email a week later saying they’re still working on it now they keep asking for reviews and they haven’t even solved the problem. Will change if the problem gets solved, but as of now one star.

My art came dirty (even though they SAY it's part of the design-but oddly some of it will wipe off! Should the design wipe off? Probably not, so I'm sticking with it's DIRTY) AND the hanger was attached crooked. When I spoke to customer service, they suggested I fix the hanger myself (on the art I paid over $100 for). They did offer me a 30% refund but that's a ridiculous solution/restitution since there is a 25% off coupon for anyone to order. And the customer service process I had to go through to even get offered the 30% off was very time consuming. Returning what I got. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Got home today excited to open my wall art but I am so unhappy as your packing procedure was way too tight for the canvas edges. The bubble wrap made indentions in every corner of all 3 pieces!!! I'm hoping it will fall out as I wouldn't think I am the first to complain. PLEASE call me at 704 733 0687 to assure my EXPESIVE purchase. Thank you.

We rec’d a picture that had what looks like a piece of sand in the glass. We are trying to get in exchanged or returned but your process for exchange is difficult to understand. Doing that process over the phone would be much simpler but there is no phone contact that we can find. We would appreciate a call from customer service our number is 217-417-3741 We tried to follow the online instructions by it wasn’t clear on exchanges. We are waiting to hear back from you on how your handling our concern.

I didn’t realize what I ordered was an AI generated picture. Colors are wrong and the picture lacks sharpness. I personally don’t want to own any piece that is AI generated. Customer service however was excellent and when contacted I got a full refund, no questions asked.

Not happy. Messed up the Matt color even though I included a note along with the correct color chosen and it has a scratch down the front of the plexiglass. Also did not see it would not be real glass. Will not order from you again.

The canvas is not trimmed or neatly stapled to back of frame. It is just bent over the frame and left hanging. Looks cheap and cut off. I do not even see a way to return this as I did not receive any paperwork or I return info.

I was surprised to find out I had to assemble this. I can only get one corner in and I’m very disappointed right now. Once one corner is in, it doesn’t pull over far enough to tuck in. I can’t imagine how hard the 3rd and 4th corners would be. You should have engineered this differently. Also, I thought it would be a canvas, not fabric—is sunlight going to fade it?

This is probably the worst online order o have ever experienced. Over $300 for a picture frame that is totally falling apart and the print looks like the worst quality ever. I could have printed something better on cheap paper at staples. I am so upset and will be contacting customer service. This just feels insulting.
