The items description said that it was ready to hang custom stretched canvas wall art. The item came anything but ready to hang. It was not stretched canvas. It was some sort of polyester material. And it was nothing more than printed on this piece of fabric that I had to assemble. For $500 I absolutely don’t think so. The image also made it appear that there was depth and dimension in the piece, which there was none it was just flat printed. Sent back.

Very deceiving photo on web vs Actual print! I need my funds returned $319.82! I was under impression to get a ready to hang & this print is not what shown on web!!

The company did an excellent job in terms of communication and the process from ordering to shipping and delivery was smooth but the product was not of the same quality.

I was disappointed about the fullness of the pillows the picture shows all four edges are pointed. Keep in mind they are not cheap.

You sent me the wrong picture. When it’s corrected then I can write a review. In spend over thousands of dollars and this one didn’t make it. Order arrived today. However, the wrong size was sent. I ordered a 38 x 24 set of three and a small 24x13 was sent. I reached out to customer service and got a voicemail. Next, I submitted a request through the chat to discuss the error. After explaining and providing all of the requested information- I was prompted to submit a request for “exchange” through the refund portal and explain that it should be replaced due to the size error. However, there is no option for exchange - only refund. I do not want a refund- I want what I paid for. I would like to receive what I paid for without a lot of hassle and headache of jumping through multiple hoops. Mistakes happen. But good customer service should follow YOUR company mistake and should be handled in a professional manner- not having your customer do all of the leg work for your incompetence. This order was meant for a birthday gift for my husband- I suppose I need to go shopping! Disappointed. Andrea

This print is very deceiving. It has inbold letters on the canvas INTHEWASHROOM.COM. It definitely takes away from the asthetic of the print. If i would have known this I would have chosen something different. I felt like I wasted $150 for something I probably wont use. Donating to Goodwill.

Three of the four pictures had gaps on the backing that I had to glue. The biggest print was pushed behind the lower metal fasteners. I paid a substantial amount of money for prints that were sloppily put together. Very disappointing. Also the matting I paid extra for isn't that different than the white border.

Had what I received what appeared in on the website, I would have been thrilled. It appeared to look like a painting. It appeared to have texture . It appeared to be on a canvas. But what I received had none of those qualities. It’s a print on what looks like cheap fabric. It will be returned promptly.
