“We love our print unfortunately we didn't know we were going to have to assemble not only the frame but also the print as well. The frame was cheap and black metal and we wanted white so he had to take it to Michael's to have it properly matted and frames cost us over $600 just to frame it”

“I tried many many times to rectify the situation In summary the description that they give of their artwork is an outright bold lie. It is cheap junk. I went to a print shop printed an actual print went to Walmart on an actual frame. It cost me $10. There was worse than mine and it cost me $117. When I try to speak with them, a computer makes out words and spits out a response. A canned response. You could never voice your opinion. They want to sell you one artwork and that’s it. That’s all they care about. That one piece makes all their money then they go to the next customer. RUN”

“We received a used frame and no connecting hardware with our over $600 canvas. It has been close to two weeks with no remedy from elephant stock, just saying they will send a tracking number when they have it for replacement.”

“The canvas has ripples on one side where it was not stretched properly. The so called walnut frame is plastic made to look like wood that is a strange color. Not impressed for the price.”

“It literally fell apart in my hand the first time I picked it up. It broke into several pieces. The frame is extremely low quality. I would not recommend this product or company. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Avoid at all costs.”

“The packaging for the framed art was inadequate and the item arrived damaged. Had to rip the paper backing to realign the print. (A partial refund was offered for this) The overall quality of the framing was poor. The framing material is on the cheaper end of the spectrum. The matting appeared uneven—a bit wider and curvy on the bottom corners. After a few months, the matting also became crinkled. Quality is definitely not a priority for this company.”

“I ordered the 92-inch three-panel “Solitary Moment” wall art, expecting high-quality printing as depicted in Elephant Stock’s 3D preview, which shows solid, rich blacks throughout. However, what I received is extremely disappointing. The black ink is mottled and severely washed out in many areas, giving a blotchy, uneven appearance, as if the printer ran out of ink. Even the frame edges, which should have nice solid blacks, look unfinished. While I received a Black Friday discount, the print quality does not meet expectations for the price I paid. This piece looks nothing like the preview. Unless there’s a way to fix or touch up the blotchy blacks to match the solid look in the preview, I will be returning it.”
