Dishonest marketing. Ordered a set of two pictures which were supposed to be 44”. Turns out they’re both 22 inches which side by side is 44…. Nowhere does it say that.

The panting was not the correct size. Says 33"x20" was nowhere near that size. Won't ever buy from again and won't recommend to anyone.

I never received it. USPS said address was insufficient, which is poor on their part too. I was asked by an AI Bot to update to a different address, which I did, but my order was returned to Plano, TX with shipping updates telling me "Your order has been delivered." Absolutely poor! Either deliver my order or cancel it. If a real human being would care to speak to me I can be reached through my email included with my order. JLAUT1970@GMAIL.COM.

The tracking provided by this company was awful. The items shows delivered but it was not delivered to me. I don’t know who it was delivered to.

Received 3 emails asking me to submit a review. If a customer doesn't write a review after the first request stop sending emails. Its annoying.

The picture I received is flawed. It's a black and white canal scene in Amsterdam with a red bicycle in the foreground. The red coloring on the bicycle is also on the front and back tires, which it shouldn't be. It looks slapped together.

Sent damaged frames. I tried to reach out by phone but was not able to connect with a human. I sent an email and never heard back from the company. Very poor customer service. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If the product was not damaged, it would have been fine.

My framed canvas arrived dirty and damaged. I was underwhelmed by the lack of communication about the order. I will now try and ask for a refund which I fear will be difficult.

Canvases were damaged in all four corners due to the plastic “bubble” wrap that was protecting frames. The canvases were dented I submitted a comment yesterday and hoping I can return these and get same canvases sent again but packed better

Very poor color and pixel quality, doesn’t even look like a photograph.

The frame quality was very poor. There were three dents in the frame and a scratch. Two sides of the frame wasn’t even finished instead of being silver it was like a tan color whatever was underneath the silver color. Isn’t there any quality assurance to check for those things I hung it on my wall in the minute anybody walks in you can see the unfinished frame on the side. It’s that noticeable.

I have already sent you emails after emails and a text. My product came totally destroyed. It’s broken into and ripped and yet I still have not heard back from your company I’ve left pictures and emails and yet you do not contact me back
