The print has creases in it. Very disappointing.

They lighted the color, instead of being orange it was pink, they made the mistake and because It was custom they can't refund or fix it! I am waiting for their team to see if they can do anything for me, I'm so disappointed!

I should have known better than to order from a site called "Elephant Stock" but I'm an idiot! I placed an order with an expected delivery date of "by June 1st." It arrived on June 4th...no big deal except...that I was ALL excited to see my new artwork. Delivery was still fast so I can't complain. It was on June 4th that I finally got to open my highly anticipated above-the-couch art. I opened my package...and well...while the print is exactly as pictured and better quality than i anticipated from a place named ELEPHANT STOCK...the frame looked like an ACTUAL elephant got to it!! LIKE MY FRAME...I was CRUSHED! Contacted customer service and provided pics and the response was diligent..apologies and a quick replacement shipped. Replacement received today. No damage (either time) to the outside of the box. I open the box and this appears to be wrapped nicer than the first. I had such high hopes...I told you...I'M AN IDIOT! Removed the first layer of packaging and BOOM...cracked. Requesting a refund. I could have had a better (and wayyy cheaper) piece of art with a trip to Dollar General.

Customer service sucks, they don't send proofs before they send the order out, so don't expect one and when you call them it's really hard to even understand what they're saying. And will tell you a supervisor will call you later but they never will they'll just ship your order out. The hangers are all offset none of them are perfectly centered and are not the same height so if you're trying to use a laser and do the math it's going to be wrong because they've already ruined it for you. I've ordered pictures elsewhere before and they came in with a hard board behind the canvas, this company they don't do that so it will be very easy to rip through.

The product is the worst I’ve ever seen. It is a laser printed elephant on a cheap piece of fabric. I thought it was going to be a print. I paid $625.00 and threw it in a pile to be thrown away. Horrible just horrible . I have no idea what your return policy is.??? I’m so very disappointed. I don’t know where to find the return policy

It took over a week to receive these prints and you are 20 miles from me. I could have walked to pick them up. I work in Plano and want to return the martini glass wall art. What is the process?

Truly shocked at the lack of quality control. And thus far, customer service follow up. At this point, I would not do business with Elephantstock again.

My artwork Arrived Damaged. very Poor packing job. Very Inconvenient and upsetting for a $ 430.00 dollar piece. You ask how you did. Should I continue and answer that question ?

I received an incomplete order. There were some missing parts. I contacted costumer service and they said that they were looking into what happened. At the end, it took so long for then to give me an answer that we decided to return the wall art. Poor comunication

The painting came damaged. Several emails were sent to the company with pictures showing the damages on the painting and every time I followed up on the status of my refund, they would say they didn’t receive the email. I will continue to follow up. I want my money back. Poor customer service.

I was very disappointed. The framed canvass was nicely packed in the shipping box which arrived without any issues..... Until I saw the the product. I couldn't believe how thin the canvas was where you could practically see through it. The black frame looked really cheap. I was shook! I text and emailed Elephant Stock and have been asking for a return shipping label. I packaged the item with the original packaging and added a soft foam then put it back in the box and have been waiting for a week for a label. I'm still waiting for a response other than "What's your order number" which I included in every correspondence. I have to say that they really do not stand behind their own policies. It comes across as they don't really care whether you are satisfied or not. They have it posted on their website that their customers happiness is so important to them and pride themselves in the fact that they offer free returns ..... yet make it extremely difficult to actually return the product. I'm not impressed with their customer service. I can't stand when they literally make it so difficult to talk to their support staff and even more difficult to return orders that I will never purchase anything from them again. That along with the product I received was so cheaply made and looked like it was put together in 2 minutes with poor quality materials. I understand that sometimes you don't get what you expected and when the company responds and makes returns and it exchanges a cake walk those are the companies who will always have me as a customer. Elephant Stock is NOT one of those companies. I can't tell you how surprised I was and you can tell that they make it this difficult to return your picture hoping that you will give up and just keep it. That to me is total nonsense. For me customer service and how they respond and address your concerns means more than the quality of the product. I highly suggest that you purchase your art work from another vendor/company. They all have the same inventory pretty much. Just saying!!

Image in large format is not in focus. Normally on canvas and this is not emphasized on website. Waited 1 month to receive it with no hardware to put frame together. Called customer service on multiple occasions and they wouldn't cover return shipping from Canada. DON'T BUY FROM ELEPHANT STOCK.
