“I have not received my picture”

“The quality is very bad. Would not recommend it. Especially if your are not in the US , the return is not free , so paying 100$ to return it when you paid 100$ to get it. The canvas is so bad that I’m not going to put it on the wall. Just lost 100$ . Stay away from this site”

“I haven’t received my art. I put a hold on it with the company and they confirmed, because of the hurricane. Then they went ahead and mailed it anyway without confirming with me. Now it is somewhere someplace they have no idea and won’t send me another. I’ll update when I hear something.”

“This looks very cheap. The canvas is not thick.. I wanted to hang it in my sun room. I tried but with the sun shining, you can see the wood behind the canvas. Very disappointed. The corners are also oddly thick for such a thin canvas”

“After mounting 3 of the 4 pieces we discovered the bracket on the 4th piece is mounted unevenly resulting in the pic to tilt no matter what you do.”

“Web picture of product does not match actual. Received product, silk screen type DULL color picture. Looks like it came from flea market. Does not match marketing’s high end picture. Looks like bait and switch so can’t trust your company vs what shown on website. Will not buy ANYTHING from you given poor quality of vs web. Note visiting with customer service they said lots of returns and lots of damage from FED EX. Had to extra pack return due to POOR quality original packing box. And very limited padding. Plus bad handling. Everyone switching to UPS given FED EX dysfunctional. You Must be last to know! Bet you don’t make much money with all the returns and poor quality product vs marketing representation on web. Classic bait and switch. Your company should plan to go out of business soon given poor quality, poor shipping and heavy returns even your return email tells about. Dumb business owner—better wake up or go bankrupt.”
