“The print is too small for the frame! Very troubled over this! I would never bought it if I had to put a frame together! Trying to sell a place and I have a worthless print sitting in a corner!”

“I am disappointed with the order. I feel like I was mislead, the photo illustrates 2 seperate sections, which appear to be constructed of wood materials, but actually was a single piece and a print on canvas. Unfortunately I don’t have time to review another option, and decided to just keep the piece delivered. Pasquale Carino”

“This was the biggest waste of my money I work very hard for. I paid $280 for a very large poster with a cheap frame that is not strong enough to hold the backing up. I pick it up and it bends so the plexiglas comes out. I know it's relatively inexpensive but I can't hang this. I love the poster but feel very cheated.”

“The print I ordered was as advertised. The process to receive the print, however, was awful. Customer service said I may be trying to defraud Elephant Stock and asked for a copy of my online bank statement. I explained that I used a credit card and my bank statement would not have anything about my print order. So they asked for a copy of my credit card statement. Had this happened in a store, I would have simply walked away. But this was a gift and I had no time left to go elswhere, so I relented and sent in a portion of my credit card statement matching the address with the purchase. If a business does not trust me enough to charge a credit card, I won't be shopping wiht that business.”

“My frame came completly unfinished. The corners were not glued togther. The acrylic and poster was behind the prongs and the back had a big tear in the paper. For $400 print is showed up looking like a $20 garge sale item”

“I ordered two separate personalized orders. Foam picture tiles with a sticky backing. First order arrived and was wrong. I contacted customer service. They said they would have a resolution within 24-48 hours. We are past that mark. I followed up with an email and they told me to give them more time. My second order arrived today. Again, sent the wrong item. The items i purchased were more expensive than what i received. No offers to compensate me. Or replace with the correct products. 2 different orders both wrong. These were a gift for someone who is leaving the country in 2 days. Now i am without it as i cannot ship these to them.”

“I love the image. The colours, the content - I think it’s a beautiful image and reminds me of my trip to nyc not too long ago. However. The way it is printed is absolute garbage. The paper is tissue thin and the poster is warped from being rolled. I know I only ordered a poster print but for what I payed I expected a much better product. I wish I could have purchased a digital print and printed it myself. The delivery was delayed a day which isn’t horrible, I suspect it was due to weather which had been awful.”

“What a terrible bait & switch. You should be embarrassed and now I have to hire someone to help me put together the stupid frame. This was supposed to come framed and the amount of pieces that came to assemble. It was interesting. In addition, the fact that the bag you put it in pierced so who knows if I got even half of it. I hate this company I want to refund and you need it be more clear.”
