I ordered two separate personalized orders. Foam picture tiles with a sticky backing. First order arrived and was wrong. I contacted customer service. They said they would have a resolution within 24-48 hours. We are past that mark. I followed up with an email and they told me to give them more time. My second order arrived today. Again, sent the wrong item. The items i purchased were more expensive than what i received. No offers to compensate me. Or replace with the correct products. 2 different orders both wrong. These were a gift for someone who is leaving the country in 2 days. Now i am without it as i cannot ship these to them.
