The print I ordered was as advertised. The process to receive the print, however, was awful. Customer service said I may be trying to defraud Elephant Stock and asked for a copy of my online bank statement. I explained that I used a credit card and my bank statement would not have anything about my print order. So they asked for a copy of my credit card statement. Had this happened in a store, I would have simply walked away. But this was a gift and I had no time left to go elswhere, so I relented and sent in a portion of my credit card statement matching the address with the purchase. If a business does not trust me enough to charge a credit card, I won't be shopping wiht that business.
