I didn’t realize what I ordered was an AI generated picture. Colors are wrong and the picture lacks sharpness. I personally don’t want to own any piece that is AI generated. Customer service however was excellent and when contacted I got a full refund, no questions asked.

Not happy. Messed up the Matt color even though I included a note along with the correct color chosen and it has a scratch down the front of the plexiglass. Also did not see it would not be real glass. Will not order from you again.

The canvas is not trimmed or neatly stapled to back of frame. It is just bent over the frame and left hanging. Looks cheap and cut off. I do not even see a way to return this as I did not receive any paperwork or I return info.

I was surprised to find out I had to assemble this. I can only get one corner in and I’m very disappointed right now. Once one corner is in, it doesn’t pull over far enough to tuck in. I can’t imagine how hard the 3rd and 4th corners would be. You should have engineered this differently. Also, I thought it would be a canvas, not fabric—is sunlight going to fade it?

This is probably the worst online order o have ever experienced. Over $300 for a picture frame that is totally falling apart and the print looks like the worst quality ever. I could have printed something better on cheap paper at staples. I am so upset and will be contacting customer service. This just feels insulting.

Photo came unedited even though I had sent an email asking them to edit the photo or cancel the order. It came yesterday and I won’t be able to hang it up. I tried to call and got put on hold and then disconnected. Emailed and asked for a refund or an edited usable photo and have not gotten a reply.

Wrong item was sent. I requested a refund and the only thing offered was metonhlshio Back an item. There is not a number to call a live person. I have tried to reach out to a live person on 3 times and I can’t get any support or resolution. AI bots. No live humans helping me. Terrible customer service. I want a full refund. I do not want to ship my item back. You messed Up not me.

Frame is cracked in 2 places and 3 out of 4 corners are damaged. I’ve responded to emails you have sent notifying you on several occasions of the problem for one response from your team saying to cover the “scratch” with a marker. Clearly from the video and pics below you will see that there are no scratches, only cracked areas and damaged corners. I have even sent separate emails thinking someone would respond to me. This pic was almost $400.00. Very poor customer service. I would like a replacement or money back. Order number is 765042 beth.wray@yahoo.com

Shipping is horrible. It didn’t start “moving” until over a week after I ordered it and after I complained about their ineptness. Nobody EVER responded, they totally ghosted me. I found something nicer anyway at Hobby lobby. Won’t be ordering from them EVER again.

Art came damaged and also didn’t come right. I ask for standard and it came with white boarder. Customer service was great and refunded my money. Since my refund was on the way I decided to put in the wall just to get a feeling how it will look. After placing it on the wall I stepped back to take a picture to send to my wife and one of the anchors got loose and art went straight to the floor and broke completely. What a disappointment for an expensive art. That’s the reason I asked for a full refund and not a replacement. Pictures are the ones I took when I received it. I forgot to take picture on the broken anchor and the destroyed art on the floor. I was so frustrated that I grabbed everything and threw it on the garbage can outside.

I wish I could say I like it but I don’t. The picture is a picture of a painting. I really hate it but they never contacted me back. My husband threw out box so I can’t return. Very sad

The picture was lovely but the quality of the canvas and printing of the picture didn't compare to other canvas prints I have. The design should wrap around and not end on the front.

I received a damage item. I was told that I could get a full refund. I have not heard back from anyone about the refund. I already sent pictures and this is why it was determined, on your end about the refund.
