Order was placed 12/10 and was promised in 5-7 days. I sent 3 emails before anyone replied. Then I was told it was at shipper and would be here by Christmas. When I never received tracking info I emailed again and AI told me a real person would contact me. No one ever did! The order did not arrive until 12/29 and it was too late. I had to buy another gift for this person. Then when it did serve the print was so tiny you can’t even read it. So now I have a worthless item that I wasted $75 on.

The prints I ordered took nearly three weeks to receive. The box came opened, and has been re-taped in transit. Both print has their outer backing paper torn. One had a scratch on the frame, I am very disappointed. This cost me $440. Never again.

My order came on 12/30/25 after Xmas I am not very happy with. This was suppose to be a Xmas gift for my grand daughter not happy at all. Judy Wagner

I ordered a Christmas print in a floating frame on the 9th of December. Not only did our picture not ship within the promised 4-day window-- it didn't even arrive until the week after Christmas, the 29th. In this time I was able to order the SAME print from wayfair and have it delivered next day. I raised my concerns to a manager by the name of Trisha 8 days after the picture was supposed to have shipped. She could neither speed up it's delivery nor explain why a floating (no glass) print was so delayed other than to say twas a Christmas bummer. Needless to say, we will NEVER ORDER FROM ELEPHANT STOCK again. Go to Icanvas or even wayfair and frame it yourself.

Package came damaged glass is scratched and the photo that’s supposed to be of my daughter’s dog is just a black circle. You can’t even tell that it’s a dog in the photo it has no eyes, no nose, and no mouth. The photo that I sent was very clear I’m completely disappointed and I want a refund! I would not recommend this this company at all.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The picture arrived after Christmas. There was never a working tracking number. I sent several emails to the company and tried to call. I only received AI answers. Now I have to get answers on how to return it. The Communication was so bad that I actually thought I was scammed.

Shipping took 22 days!!! Item was ordered on December 6th, received on December 28th. I could have walked to Texas from Utah and received it faster. Super disappointing. I understand it's the holidays, but don't advertise 10-12 days delivery if you can't deliver in the time listed on your website. FedEx is trash, everyone knows this, you have to add 2-3 days on top of their delivery estimate. Will not recommend anyone who uses FedEx.

Unhappy with my experience with Elephant Stock and would advise against using them to others in the future. Order was placed on 12/11/25 and was told it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Several attempts were made to contact Elephant Stock when I discovered that the delivery company never received the package. I was never able to get past the AI email which was never able to answer my queries. The items I ordered was a Christmas present. It never arrived on time and was actually delivered on 12/26/25, 15 days after it was ordered.

Beyond disappointed. I purchased a photo wall art for my daughter for Christmas of her and her fiancé from their engagement photos. I ordered it before the delivery cut off date of December 12th. It did not arrive for Christmas and is still currently in transit. Elephant Stock should not have ensured Christmas delivery. I would have never placed an order knowing it would not have arrived. It is now after Christmas, the wall art has not arrived, and my daughter has now returned to where she resides. I am now going to have to spend money to have it shipped to her.

Took almost a month to get my order , and when I reached out to you to cancel the order I got a email saying it was shipped but no tracking info was sent to me , i was surprised that amazon delivered my painting ! I was shocked to see how cheap and horrible the packing was ! Never again will I ever order anything from you again !

Tried to call. No number. Ordered December 4th Never was tracking information. Then on Christmas Eve said delivered and it was never delivered.

I placed my order on 12/7, so I could receive it before Christmas. It wasn’t delivered until 12/27. It didn’t even ship out until 12/19. When I sent an email, I got the response that due to the holiday, anything ordered after 12/10, maybe 12/12, would not be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas, which was totally contradictory to the issue I emailed about. I won’t be buying from this company again.

I got a message that it was delivered. But it was not delivered to us. We were told to check with all the neighbors and the mail Postal Service in the mailbox. None of the neighbors have it on both streets around us. We did not receive it sadly.
