Ordered a framed picture as a gift for my wife. They used Amazon of all people to deliver it on a Sunday to a clearly marked closed business. The Amazon delivery person left it on the sidewalk in front of the business so it is gone, of course. No response to my numerous messages to them. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!

My cavas came warped. It’s hard to see in the picture I sent because of the angle and lighting. How do I get a refund?

I forgot to change shipping address and immediately emailed you to ask if you could fix it with the correct address and all the information I actually sent 3 emails with no response! And the package did come to me yesterday! I had to tske it to ship and pay $18 ! Which could have been easy fix so much for your costumer service!!

The canvas was not adhered to the frame evenly so the picture looks sloppy.

Came broken and not packed with any protective packing, attempts to resolve with AI help desk were unsuccessful even though I provided order number email and shipping address.

I’m disappointed with this purchase. The canvas painting I received does not match the description on the website and has a noticeable gray streak that is clearly not part of the design. I contacted customer service and was asked if I could remove the streak or purchase a replacement at 20% off. I explained that the streak is embedded in the canvas itself and cannot be fixed. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from the company regarding next steps, which is frustrating. I expected better quality and customer support.

I like my art work but for over the last week I have been trying to return a picture I bought almost three months ago and have not been successful I have tried many different ways and called repeatedly and have never gotten any help I don’t know my order number for the first order and that is part of the problem

Trash. The quality is terrible, I won’t even hang these in my bathroom. Absolutely terrible quality print that looks like it was done on a cheap laser printer from Best Buy

The picture showed up and we didn't love it so we thought a return would be easy. Not the case. I have sent multiple emails, no response. Called, waited 10 minutes on hold and disconnected. Given this experience I will never order from the again. Stay safe, go to art.com or a more reputable business.

print was left outside..with NO notice of what day of delivery...therefore...the driver delivered the print outside and we had a rain storm!!!!!!...I was gone for 3 days and I received a print that was ruined with the rain storm...very poor delivery communication

The frame is very cheap and started to come apart with the weight of the artwork. I had to take the print to Michaels to reframe. Will not be using elephant stock in the future.

This was a challenging and unfortunate experience. Our ordered prints came in the wrong size (a fraction of the size we ordered) and when I inquired for resolution options I asked if we can just have the prints we ordered sent vs a refund. The only option was to force to the Fed Ex store 40 min from my home to send the wrong prints back and get a refund. This is a net loss for us. It cost us time and money above what we paid to take this action and will never order from ElephantStock again as a result. This circumstance has motivated me to also go into Google and leave an honest review for other potential customers to consider as well.

Your return process is difficult; impossible. I cannot contact a “real person” for help. You sent the wrong items and now I’m spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to return your mistake. Still no success.

I was so excited to receive my 3 canvas pieces, however, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the canvas. It's more like paper than canvas. This is something I would expect to see at the dollar store.
