“I ordered a 3 piece canvas art piece and the 3rd piece is to a different picture. Now I can't even find a number to call to rectify it. Guess I'll have to package the whole thing up and return it, which is a hassle. Don't recommend.”

“The final print seems substantially darker than the marketing preview. What to do? Were probably screwed... Service, delivery, framing procedure excellent. Just that my beautiful Mt Whitney portrait is hauntingly dark.”

“We bought the large art framed canvas based on the web site stating in several locations that is can be changed to refresh the room. They also state the new canvas is sold at an “attractive” price. They do not sell the canvas by themself. You have to order the complete frame again at full price. When talking to them they say they do not have the capabilities to just sell the replacement canvas.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The font on the map is probably a 2. It was supposed to be a map to put pins in of places I have traveled. However, the print is so small you can’t read it to place the pins. Also I had it framed and you can see how the corners of the picture are not laid smoothly. Ii will It use the product. It will go out in bulk trash”

“No, I am not enjoying my artwork because the frame was delivered broken at the top and the bottom, and the picture is damaged as well. I am still waiting to hear from the company for a replacement or a refund.”

“I contacted customer service a few days ago about some issues with the canvas. Cynthia advised that she would reach out after 24 hours. This is not the case. I sent photos and a description of the issues. No response as of yet. Initially, I thought customer service was quick to respond but that was it. No resolution to my case.”

“Arrived with a dent/chipped left hand corner, customer service seemed indifferent wanted to give me a 20% discount on next order. There will be no next order. Too bad the painting is beautiful. Now I need to pay to reframe it. Disappointing to say the least”

“I received an “enhanced” preview and it looks nothing like what I received. The preview was gorgeous and the actual canvas was an orange blur. So sad and disappointed.”

“It’s been two weeks and I haven’t received my merchandise yet. Very disappointed. You came highly recommended by a friend. I’ve reached out to you and I’ve had no response. No communication whatsoever. But now you want me to send a review about how do I like my art. Now you want a rating and would I recommend Elephantstock to a friend. If you were the buyer in this scenario what would you do? I would like my product, if not, please refund my money. Thank you”

“Paid good money for a beautiful framed picture and it arrived not put in the frame properly. Only way to fix is to remove the backing on the frame. Sent picture and email about the issue and no response back from the company. Waited a few days before posting this review hoping the company would respond. Would not order from here again.”

“Paw print is not centered right, the bottom bottom of the paw print is wrapped around the wood… so I’m really not impressed, I am disappointed”
