“I received my order and it had a streak on it. I’ve been requesting assistance to remedy this situation. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to get it resolved.”

“My picture arrived intact and good quality for the price, but I seriously dislike being offered a coupon then the code doesn’t work! Very disappointed and not to offer one after the fact I’ve already ordered the canvas I need , should have been an adjustment in price. Thank you. Terry C. RN retired.”

“Can not recommend this company to anyone. Service beyond terrible. Have had delay upon delay with my order, and this after i had paid for expedited shipping. A week later and still no update on the order and after complaining daily the company still will not make up for the delay or even offer to refund the expedited shipping fee. Terrible company, avoid.”

“Unfortunately, the work of art that was delivered to me did not match the item that I had purchased. The item was described as a 3d work of art, I received a portrait on canvas. The package was very lightweight, so i knew immediately that it wasn't what I had ordered. I didn't even remove it from the box, once I peeled back a corner of the packaging and saw its contents. The box has been returned to sender.”

“Very poor quality and the picture is horrible. Looks like a big blob of orange and brown. Was described as looking like wood- does not at all. I'm so disappointed. I will be returning the piece. The canvas is wavy and just ugly.”

“The quality is very bad. Would not recommend it. Especially if your are not in the US , the return is not free , so paying 100$ to return it when you paid 100$ to get it. The canvas is so bad that I’m not going to put it on the wall. Just lost 100$ . Stay away from this site”

“I haven’t received my art. I put a hold on it with the company and they confirmed, because of the hurricane. Then they went ahead and mailed it anyway without confirming with me. Now it is somewhere someplace they have no idea and won’t send me another. I’ll update when I hear something.”
