“Firstly, my purchase took way too long to arrive. When I was finally able to “chat” with someone they were not able to tell me when exactly it would be ready to ship. I have never ordered art whether print or canvas and it take this long. Secondly, allow though I did order and measure the the item with the dimensions that were provide on the site the images portrayed are VERY misleading! The panels are much slimmer than they project on the website. I will NEVER order again! And will tell others to avoid this website.”

“I was so excited waiting on my new piece of art! What a let down when I received it. It looked nothing like it did online. I can not stress how small the piece was, the color was extremely dark and one of the main reasons I love the piece was because of the brightness & colors. All in all false advertisement. I will never order from this company again.”

“I needed to return my item and have reached out three times in the last two months for a return label with no success. Buyers beware, they seem helpful on the support app but still have not received the email to return my item. Will not be buying from Elephant Stock again!”

“From the moment I placed my order, I asked if the paintings could be hung from left to right as opposed to top to down. A simple change in the placement of the hardware. I was told no problem but they would confirm this with the designers. I received no response. I followed up with emails every week and was told they still had not heard back from the designers. Today I was told OOPS sorry the items have already shipped AS IS before they could change the placement of the hardware. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I had to chase them down and even when I did I got NO service.”

“I want to return the item. The resolution on the picture is very poor and is nowhere as shown on the website. I contacted the customer care and I was told I would be sent a return label but I have not got it yet. Send the return label ASAP.”

“I ordered -Sparkling Abstract Multi Panel Canvas Wall Art - 5 Piece / 68" X 30" × 1 Product was much smaller than 68” - product was no more than blurry photo print - looks cheap like I could have bought it a a dollar general store and was not in my opinion any type of quality. Took over a month to arrive and with much runaround to make that even happen. Take a look for yourself - I’ve included a pic. I’m returning today and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I spoke to a “Margo” at 12 pm EST today June 25 2020 and she said I would receive an email with a return label to be printed. It’s been over an hour. No label. No email. Nothing. I do not recommend doing business here. It’s not being run properly and the quality falls short. It cost $153 to get this and it’s not worth $40. Buyer beware.”

“I am so disappointed in this product. I have waited for 2 months for this picture to arrive only to find out that the photo is 36" in width not in height. And to be charged a $134 is ridiculous. They definitely inflated the size and need to be more descriptive in their advertisement. I will not buy here again ever😤😡😤😤😤”

“My experience with this company was honestly not the best. When I purchased this "canvas art" I thought I was buying authentic canvas, but what I got was a canvas print out. The image on my frame was overstretched and looked blurry. Honestly this is not real oil canvas, is some cheap print framed. I would not recommend buying from them. They should state in the description of the art that it is not actual canvas but a print out of a real one. Very disappointing.”

“We ordered on May 6 still have not received any tracking info, I emailed 6 days ago with no response. This was supposed to be a graduation gift I did not expect it to take almost a month. We are still waiting, it has not been ship as of today. There was no delays on their website stated when we ordered and paid. Very disappointing.”

“Worst service ever! The quality of the picture that was sent to me was so poor. The printed picture is not clear and looks very blur. For the amount of money I have spent on it, I would like to have a clear and sharp picture. Also, they claim to offer the best customer care services, I have been trying to contact these guys since 3 days and I got no reply. WOW”

“The floating frame was chipped and damaged on 3 corners and in the middle of one side. I removed the picture from the frame. I will take the picture to Hobby Lobby and have it properly framed. Very disappointed. Will not order from your company again.”
