“Don't get me wrong, I love elephant stock's art, but their customer service is extremely poor. I have (thus far) ordered 5 different pieces and to be fair, all during the Carona Virus Epidemic. But my issue is with Customer Service. Do they NOT READ their emails?? I sent numerous emails & phone calls regarding an order I placed less than an hour earlier. I never got a phone call or email back. Instead, that order was put on expedited delivery I suppose, because it came before my 2 other orders. Unfortunately, if they had listened to the messages or read the emails they would have seen it wasn't about "Where's my order?" but rather - "Can I please cancel and change to a LARGER print. The print arrived, too small, and I left more voice messages & emails regarding, now, retuning and exchanging it. No one has gotten back to me...but I got a notice my next print is on the way!!”

“I ordered my canvas on 4-25, the money was immediately charged on my credit card. I have had to inquire on 3 separate occassions as to what is happening with my order because I received nothing from Elephant Stock. I used their "chat" button on their site 2 times, the first time I was told they were preparing my order to ship and today again was told they are working on getting my order entered. Their site says your items ships in 6-8 business days and 5 business days have passed and at my instance they decided to start working on my order. Will never order from this place because they don't seem interested in fulfilling orders in a timely manner and make excuses for it. So not only have I been charged for something I was expecting within 6-8 days is now pushed back to who knows when.”

“I was impressed with how fast the art made it to my home but I was not impressed with the bright vibrant colors witch it stated on your website it looks a lot better when your looking at the pictures online. Also one of the four canvases I received was a little bent the wood underneath the canvas must not be straight.”

“There are candy bars bigger than these prints From the pictures they should be big enough to hang over my couch in reality they’re barely big enough to fit over a toilet seat and all this for 100 bucks totally not worth it going to return it immediately”
