Don't get me wrong, I love elephant stock's art, but their customer service is extremely poor. I have (thus far) ordered 5 different pieces and to be fair, all during the Carona Virus Epidemic. But my issue is with Customer Service. Do they NOT READ their emails?? I sent numerous emails & phone calls regarding an order I placed less than an hour earlier. I never got a phone call or email back. Instead, that order was put on expedited delivery I suppose, because it came before my 2 other orders. Unfortunately, if they had listened to the messages or read the emails they would have seen it wasn't about "Where's my order?" but rather - "Can I please cancel and change to a LARGER print. The print arrived, too small, and I left more voice messages & emails regarding, now, retuning and exchanging it.
No one has gotten back to me...but I got a notice my next print is on the way!!
