“I am so disappointed with the piece I ordered 😟 Looks like something I would buy at Walmart or a flea market . I was looking so forward to it and when it was delivered last night I could’ve been more unsatisfied. I’ll be returning it today. Hopefully they will be all about customer satisfaction”

“It a very dull pic, diamonds do not even look like diamonds and it doesn't have any resembalace of a glisten or a shine. I wish i could return it, but their items are not returnable. I'll have to somehow modgepoge it with glitter or rhinestones so it even looks like its a pic of diamonds..”

“I bought a painting with you based on the images that you expose on your website and what I received is garbage, it is nothing like what you sell on the web site, I want a refund of my money, I feel scammed, because sell something that is not real?”

“I was attempting to order a 65 x 36 five piece canvas for a client. The cropped image and the final print shown hanging on the wall did not match. The left and right edges matched the crop but the top and bottom had been cropped significantly more than what the crop showed. Unsure about what was going on I contacted support through chat. They were nice and did attempt to help but could not explain the issue and tried saying it was my image not being the same size as the template. So I submitted a new image that was the same ratio and showed them the issue still existed. They stated "unfortunately that's how our site works and I cannot do anything about it." They stated again that I may need a photo that fits because my photo does not fit that layout, even though I provided a photo of exact dimension. I found this response concerning coming from a place that deals exclusively with prints. I had to delay my clients order until this is cleared up or find another source. There needs to be some explanation or clarification on why the top and bottom are being cropped but not the sides. Are the sides mirrored but the top and bottom are not but and are using the extra crop as the wrap ? Elephant stock responded to my review but rather than explaining why the issue was occurring or attempting to figure out how to get me the print I wanted, they brushed off the issue, showing their lack of knowledge of how their own system works.”

“I can’t believe how bad this is. I feel like it’s a mistake. It’s a low res picture that was enlarged so it’s a pixelated blur. It looks awful. Horrible quality, for what I paid this is completely unacceptable. It took over 3 weeks to receive it. I would not purchase from here again”

“The canvases I order was suppose to be 45 X28 in which I paid 103$. The canvases I received were a lot smaller than what I paid for. I emailed pictures with the measurements and the just told me basically this is what I’ll be getting if I don’t like it send it back for a refund. The first and last time I will ever do business with this company”

“Our painting that we ordered on July 4 did not arrive until August 12, when we opened the package more than one panel was damaged. We contacted customer service the same day, August 12. We submitted pictures and were told that the situation would be investigated. We have heard nothing about this as of today, August 16. This is incredibly disappointing and we are seriously questioning if we would buy from here again. Right now, as soon as we get some type of response, we will most likely return the painting and get something else from another vendor.”

“The canvas is so small. The measurements online are completely misleading. 45x28x1 would not fit on any wall in my house and look normal. It may fit in the bathroom that’s so small.”
