“I am rating the whole experience with Elephant Stock as very poor due to several issues. My order took 3 weeks to receive, the image that they sent me to review and confirm was a nice crisp picture and when I received my canvas print, the image was blurry and almost looked "cartoon like". When I submitted the issue, I received no response back. I spent a lot of money on this canvas print so Elephant Stock, please do better! I cannot recommend this company.”

“The picture I bought has hidden demonic images imbedded in the art. I asked for someone to contact me to photoshop out these"Ghost Images". So far no one has contacted me. I spent a lot of money on this print that I now have hidden in my garage. Even my sister in another state says: "I see a little girl burning in the fire and down towards the bottom a dolly in the fire she's dropped from her hands...creepy actually"”

“Elephant Stock's business ethics and communications with their artists and suppliers is horrendous! They reached out to me in October 2022 to collaborate together. It's now been 10 months later, and they have yet to publish any of my work to their website. The procedures they have in place for ingesting new content is pathetic. E-mail communications would often go unanswered until my 3rd or subsequent attempts, and even then, their responses are very vague and unclear. Elephant Stock is a U.S. based company in Texas, yet they outsource much of their work to third party contractors in Israel, rather than doing it in-house and in the United States with U.S. citizens. In fact, much of their staff is based in Israel, yet they claim to be made in the USA. There are so many other places to get wall art made, do not support this company!”

“I was not happy with the item I ordered, so I tried to return it. The return process is NOT easy as they have advertised on their website. It's been over a week that I've been following up with them just to get a return label. However, they had been giving me a constant run around saying 'due to a technical issue, the label cannot be printed'. I can't imagine having to deal with a technical issue simply to provide a simple return label. Even when I offered to return it at my own expense, they are not being cooperative. So I want to warn everyone out there that be careful with this merchant if you need to return the product. Be warned!”

“Received my picture today. Was very disappointed in the quality of the photo. The color was very dark,nothing like the photo that is shown on the web site. The picture was of sun rays over the mountains,and you can't even see the sun rays.”

“Your quality of detail is VERY poor. Three of the five mounting brackets are off-centre. For the amount of money you charge, I would fire the person that did this job. I will not use you anytime in the future. I hope the other 5-panel piece is better.”

“This does not look like the picture I ordered. I ordered the RED waterfall picture and this is ORANGE. CLEARLY IT SHOWS RD RED RED RED AND ALSO RED ON YOUR WEBSITE. This is orange trees and does not fit the room I bought it for. Will not order from you again.”

“The fedex delivery service was very poor I found my package in the rain in my driveway and not on my porch although I love your wall art I would not recommend or order anything else because I don't trust your delivery service.”

“I bought canvas artwork they made it look like it was sparkling but when i received it it was not sparkling it was very cheap looking and it cost me over $400.00 Canadian dollars when i asked for a return refund I have to pay international shipping on a 4ft box which is gonna cost me a fortune. Thats how they get you. Buyers beware!!! Dont buy anything from this site its very cheaply made. Unsatisfied customer.”

“Fantastic company...great product, and outstanding customer service!! Have ordered several of their canvas prints and have had them redo my prints into wall hangings. Very happy with EVERYTHING!! When friends see the unique wall art they are wowed and want to know where I got It! Give them ElephantStock website and they start shopping!”
