I was not happy with the item I ordered, so I tried to return it. The return process is NOT easy as they have advertised on their website. It's been over a week that I've been following up with them just to get a return label. However, they had been giving me a constant run around saying 'due to a technical issue, the label cannot be printed'. I can't imagine having to deal with a technical issue simply to provide a simple return label. Even when I offered to return it at my own expense, they are not being cooperative. So I want to warn everyone out there that be careful with this merchant if you need to return the product. Be warned!
