From the moment I placed my order, I asked if the paintings could be hung from left to right as opposed to top to down. A simple change in the placement of the hardware. I was told no problem but they would confirm this with the designers. I received no response. I followed up with emails every week and was told they still had not heard back from the designers. Today I was told OOPS sorry the items have already shipped AS IS before they could change the placement of the hardware. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I had to chase them down and even when I did I got NO service.
