After my order was placed, it was flagged for "security" reasons. I was told I'd need to submit proof of purchase from my bank to help prevent fraud. This, of course is ridiculous and was a waste of my time. As a returning customer, I expected much better. Furthermore, the people responsible for correspondence should be required to take remedial writing classes. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and unneccessary. Making purchases online isn't new. Figure it out.The whole process was enough to put me off of ElephantStock. I'm sure there are much easier places to do business with.
