“Very disappointed with shipping and customer service. Order confirmation from ElephantStock says, "Your order will be custom made and ready to ship in 3 business days. If you chose express shipping, we will ship it in 2 business days." My order was placed on Nov 30 but didn't receive my product until Dec 12. Company gave inaccurate shipping information. I reached out to customer service 3 times but they had no clue what was going on with my order. If I decide to order from ElephantStock again, hope the delay in shipment and poor customer service won't happen again.”

“I ordered a custome made picture of my sons which was taken in a great quality but I got disappointed with what I received. The size is good but the quality is not. The printed picture is dark and matt. It is not sharp. I need to either get a sharp quality or get my money back. Besides, I called the customer service after 2 weeks I had ordered the job. They had "forgt" to ship my job. I received it two days after.”

“Fairly incompetent. I ordered 3 identical photos as Christmas gifts. I confirmed several times, paid for 3, and confirmed by email with their customer service a few days later. I STILL received just 1. The one I did receive seems off-centre as well. Possibly my fault but I tried hard to get it centred on their site. They seem like friendly people but I won't order again.”

“I love ElephantStock but I was not satisfied with my last purchase. I purchased in the past a pix of a woman with red lips and red fingernail polish. I absolutely LOVED it. This time I purchased black and white chess board with red chess piece. I was not satisfied. The picture did not have the shiny cover over the picture like my first order. It is dull and matte looking. 😞😞”

“I ordered an almost $300 piece of art which included three separate pieces. I wasn't happy with the way the art lined up. It was a map of the world and each piece cut off letters on the sides. The words were cut off and not continued on the piece next to it. So just half of a word was showing. This was evident on every piece of the three pieces. For the price this SHOULD have been paid closer attention to when printing the pieces.”

“I was very excited and waited very patiently on my order but when it arrived I cried. The pictures are so very little and couldn’t even put them on my two walls I purchase them for. If you ever order from here definitely No your measurements!! The last x1 meaning one when the pictures said 26 x 26 x 1 I thought it was each piece was 26x26 so I was excited beautiful art that no one has on my freshly painted walls I was beyond happy. But nope I haven’t even took the pictures fully out the box too upset after paying the price I paid.. But customer service is lovely. I just want to return the items”

“I was expecting a higher quality of photograph. It seems you just bought some guy's Rocky Mountain vacation picture. Plus, the packaging of the picture was pretty minimal. I had the FedEx guy wait to make sure the picture wasn't damaged because the box sure was.”

“The advertisement of the picture was sort of misleading. We received the picture today, I opened the box and I was like "Where's the rest of it?" . The picture is BEAUTIFUL however we weren't expecting the size being so small. Next time, we will be more aware of the sizing.”

“I am very disappointed with amount of the picture that is missing because it is wrapped around the edges of the frame. Unfortunately i chose the wider frame and 3 frames. A lot of the picture is missing. I did not expect each section to reduce the amount of the picture that appears.”
