“took over 3 weeks to get. was promised 1-3 days till shipped. got an email saying you were swamped.( Not my problem.) I like the product , but needed it sooner.”

“I was sent the wrong item the first time, not what I ordered. I had to send it back and waited for the correct item to be sent again. Correct item arrived, but the sawtooth hanger was pre-installed on the wrong side, therefore the picture was upside down. I did not want to keep returning and waiting so I fixed it myself. Other than that I love the product.”

“I ordered my canvas about 4 weeks ago. I had it shipped to my P.O. Box address. I keep tracking my package and it made to CA, however I was contacted by a rep informing me it'll be an additional charge for a P.O. box, so I gave her my physical addresss to send my package to. It's been a week and I received a confirmation that my canvas was delivered.. back to TX. I still have not received my canvas and I disappointed they sent it back to the facilities days after I provided my physical address.”

“This image was only marginally like the photo shown. The image shown had the saturation turned WAY up and the clarity of the image was much better on the website. Beware of what you order.”

“It's a great quality canvas piece artistically, but technically this map has a lot of big cities missing with random cities listed. It has red dots for the pushpins on some of the cities, and my error for not looking closely, but the continent of Antarctica isn't on it. It was a little overpriced to not get an accurate map of the world.”

“While the canvas is beautiful, I am really disappointed in the false advertising on the company’s behalf. I ordered this canvas specifically because the description said it was a push pin world map. To me, this means the canvas would have some sort of backing that a push pin could be inserted into. However, there is nothing unique about this canvas and nothing extra that would hold a pin in place. I am disappointed as now I will have to be creative and add my own cork to the back of this piece.”
