As far as purchasing ease and items in stock and variety, this company is second to none. When it comes to delivery timeliness and customer service, it's incredibly poor. I've ordered three pieces from them and all three have taken twice the amount of time expected. Every order I made, no communication whatsoever was made until I wrote the support email. Once I did, I got my art pieces within 5 days. It was like they didn't do anything until I complained. I truly wish this company would do better. They've got such an impressive stock and the quality is pretty good for what you're paying for. Just very frustrated that on all three occasions I had a poor experience.
