“Smaller than expected!!!”

“The customer service reps were responsive and very nice. Disappointed with the wait time (over a month, I understand with covid but did not receive updates, I had to email) also my package got lost and I had to call FedEx to find it. I did receive 20 percent off, but quality of product was not what I was expecting. Ordered something off Amazon for $99 and had better quality”

“After receiving my wall art, I was surprised and disappointed. It's simply digital printing mounted on a wood frame. The cost has to be about a 200% mark up! Definitely did not get what I paid for.”

“We had a custom picture blown up. The blue sky came out much bluer on the canvas then it was on the picture. Had I known that would be the case I would have selected a different picture to have blown up. This one no longer matches our space. Also it took more than 2 times as long as advertised to get the canvas. It was hard to get through to their customer service dept to inquire on when it would be coming.”

“Delivery took about over a month. Customer service was prompt and picture quality is good. But sloppy work here and there. The hanger is drilled in crooked which defeats the purpose of hanging a straight picture.”

“The pink lotus artwork that I got does not match what I ordered. Screenshot is what I ordered. The other is what I got. Disappointed to say the least. I also ordered Grunge Tropical sunset It arrived late but was what I expected.”

“Hi. So I absolutely love the canvas I got but when hanging it this week I noticed the middle brace was cracked. I super glided it and it seems to be holding but that was disappointing.”

“i am not satisfied with my canvas art. it is not at all like the picture. Picture online looks hd, vibrant and rich colors. The real thing does not at all. its ok but i ill not be ordering from this site again”

“As far as purchasing ease and items in stock and variety, this company is second to none. When it comes to delivery timeliness and customer service, it's incredibly poor. I've ordered three pieces from them and all three have taken twice the amount of time expected. Every order I made, no communication whatsoever was made until I wrote the support email. Once I did, I got my art pieces within 5 days. It was like they didn't do anything until I complained. I truly wish this company would do better. They've got such an impressive stock and the quality is pretty good for what you're paying for. Just very frustrated that on all three occasions I had a poor experience.”

“I wasn't please with the piece of art when it arrived yesterday; in reality, the art print doesn't look like it does on line. I'm initiating the return process today. Additionally, it took much longer to receive my order than I expected, with very few email updates on it's shipping status to me from ElephantStock. Jeff Gaines”

“Frame came damaged in three places. I contacted their cs and was told they were sending me a replacement one and a return label. I Don't want to haśsle with a return and should have been asked if that was an acceptable option.”
