The customer service reps were responsive and very nice. Disappointed with the wait time (over a month, I understand with covid but did not receive updates, I had to email) also my package got lost and I had to call FedEx to find it. I did receive 20 percent off, but quality of product was not what I was expecting. Ordered something off Amazon for $99 and had better quality
