I ordered a custome made picture of my sons which was taken in a great quality but I got disappointed with what I received.
The size is good but the quality is not. The printed picture is dark and matt. It is not sharp. I need to either get a sharp quality or get my money back.
Besides, I called the customer service after 2 weeks I had ordered the job. They had "forgt" to ship my job. I received it two days after.
