Very disappointed with shipping and customer service. Order confirmation from ElephantStock says, "Your order will be custom made and ready to ship in 3 business days. If you chose express shipping, we will ship it in 2 business days." My order was placed on Nov 30 but didn't receive my product until Dec 12. Company gave inaccurate shipping information. I reached out to customer service 3 times but they had no clue what was going on with my order. If I decide to order from ElephantStock again, hope the delay in shipment and poor customer service won't happen again.
